This was our 3rd experience and we were disappointed in the service,the seating arrangement and the quality of food. There service was poor had to call a waiter to order drinks. We were squashed into a corner when there were extra stair seats free right next to us. The quality of food was not up to scratch...oily not a tasteful as I remember. We were disappointed unfortunately.

Delicious food. Portions are good. Friendly staff who are always at tentative.

Service very slow. Waited 45 minutes for first dish to be served which was one saucer sized plate of seaweed salad! Food came out in dribs and drabs. Some plates with only 3 pieces of food for 5 people and was warm at best (some dishes were cold!). Very disappointing. Will not go back

Great food and service. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Some of our orders did not go through when taken. You need to look at the ordering system as to why our orders did not go through. Overall a good experience and will come again.

Great food and great quantity and definitely value for money. Everyone had a great dinner experience here- except waiters forget to return with what we asked for a lot (extra sauce- not the actual food). All in all, always recommend Okami.

Food was great but they pretty much forgot about some of our food and we just had to wait for ages. We kept asking about our food but we got no response and we just kept waiting. It eventually came after we told them more than 3 times. I would still come back, however, as you could tell they were just really busy and with an all you can eat menu I'm assuming people would just order heaps of food and then keep ordering and well there would be so much work involved and so much to keep track of.

Love this place..so good! Must try if you like japanese food and a lot of it!

Over all was okay. It took a while for our food to come. Then after that it was just Rush to the next. The food its not as good as Greensborough as I visited the place also.
