Food and service are both great and efficient. Sometimes orders are lost in the bustle of such a busy place but you are forgiving for the price of the experience and mistakes are always rectified quickly.

Very nice . Just one thing have to chnage to the better way. We arrived half hour later.. They said after 40 mins .u like have somthing else that last order..like was all rush . ..

First visit went well. Though can be hit or miss. it was during non peak hour and odd day of the weekday. Which help to our favor getting our food timely. All you can eat gave me a chance to try a lot of the dishes and I was happy with the food for the value I paid. If I had to suggest one thing for customers to book if your not planning to come at open times and for the business to add one complementary drink to the 'all you can eat'

Food a good. Don’t always get what you have ordered as they take it to the wrong table or forget as it’s so busy. Should have the iPad on your own table and order as you want.

Usually the service is quick but tonight it was busy, my table was forgotten. Walked out having dessert before 4 of my meals that I ordered came out. Very disappointed this time.

Overall a pleasant surprise and experience. Service was good. Food was not too bad. The steak pieces and desserts were the main highlight for us. Waiting for food will take a while once the crowd start pouring in so get in early!

We dine here regularly and once again last night did not disappoint. Food was delicious and yet not overly filling. Service delivered with a friendly smile. Ambiance warm and welcoming despite waiters being run off their feet. Thanks for having us, it has become our favourite Japanese Restaurant.

Ehhh It was okay but I think they forgot like 3 to 5 of our orders. We had to remind them because I don't believe it takes more than 20 or 30 minutes to serve a platter of sushi.

Food was really good but not customer service. It was our first time in Okami so did not know how it works. We were taken to our seats gave us the menu & that's it. Waiters & waitresses were walking past us. No one asked about our orders until we got one of waiters attention. The 5:45 seating was busy but as a customer you still expect good customer service.
