Okami Footscray is our regular, we keep coming back for a reason & that’s because of the food (fresh, tasty, great value) & the service (the people are always friendly & courteous)

Food yum, good service, staff friendly, quick delivery. Good value

Seating was good, enough to move around. Chairs were a little bit low but the food was Awesome and price was reasonable, will fine again soon.

Love this place. Expecially the kids. Friday night family favorite

Extremely poor service. Long wait time despite having a reservation. Not served in timely manner at the table. Ignored by staff. Very loud and disruptive table next to us, staff not willing to serve our smaller table. Food mediocre. Please ensure adequate staffing and appropriate service in future.

Was a little worried when we arrived for our 11:30 booking and the restaurant opening hours on the door said midday and the lights weren't on, but they opened right on 11:30. Food was great, we left full and happy.

The food was nice and good value, but they dropped one of our dockets so we never got one of the orders. We ended up ordering it again because it was an all you can eat place we didn’t have to pay any extra.

Service was pretty slow. The food was delicious but we felt like we spent most of our time waiting for our food or waiting to be served. First time our kids left Okami still feeling hungry.

I have visited quite a few Okami franchisees and guys has to be one of my favourites - the food is very fresh.

service not as good our meal would take ages for some dishes and sometimes not arrive at all veey slow

food and services are good, except that customer cannot order for lesser portion when reorder. Say if we have 4 head count it must come in 4 pax portion. Sometimes maybe only 2 out of 4 wanted to have the same food but not others. For eg. some don't take beef and others have to finish all. oh the beef is not nice my friend said, is cold.
