Great food and close to public transport with easy access!

The food is fantastic, the staff are always warm and welcoming and they make you feel very special. It is my most favorite restaurant by far. My whole family just love it!

We had a very nice family dinner. The food was good and the option was fantastic.

Awesome food. Definitely have their miso/teriyaki beef. Their green tea ice cream is best enjoyed with their vanilla ice cream. Just be mindful though that you make a reservation, and that you follow up any orders that don’t arrive.

Staff were wonderful food fresh and constant. Well worth a visit. Parking easy and restaurant not too crowded. Much better location than other chains l have visited

The service was attentive and friendly. The 2 hour sitting was ample time and we didn’t feel rushed. Family friendly and a great range of yummy food.

Lovely food - order frequently to take advantage of the freshly cooked rotation. Staff are excellent, very attentive, polite and cheerful. Busy, so not ideal for an intimate dinner but can’t fault the food quality

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Okaying does get busy so get there on time for your sitting, order up to your limit (as per instructions on the menu) and watch the delicious, expertly prepared food roll out. Plate after plate of fabulous Japanese cuisine. Excellent service and a fabulous experience.

The service was great and the food was unbelievable and all the staff were so friendly and always went out of their way to make sure all was well. Have been there three times already, definitely go back again.

Overall a great experience, food was quick to be served, fresh and delicious. Staff are very friendly and attentive as well. Minor drawback is the paper thin salmon on the sushi, and staff constantly discouraging us from placing more orders, but I understand they are doing that so as to minimise food waste.

Great value for money. The food was tasty and looked just like the photo's on the menu. Never leave hungry from this place. Will be back.

The food is delicious and staff are attentive. Since it is all you can eat it is great that the staff are happy to bring whatever you want. We didn’t have any leftovers so we didn’t have to pay for any uneaten food.

I attended Okami with my family and what can I say. The Food was so delicious and the service was great. Will definitely be coming back.

My experiences at Okami are always wonderful. The food was delicious, serving sizes were great, the staff are very friendly and the restaurant is beautiful. The last few times I have gone to Footscray Okami, 10/10 recommend.

One order got missed but was quickly rectified. Very popular restaurant so quite a bit of noise however that's to be expected. great food. great value.

Okami always delivers great Japanese fare at awesome value but the team at Footscray Okami provide exceptional service so not only do we leave with as full belly but also a wide smile!

Has always been great experience dining here. Staff are very friendly. The only thing is last time we went there, it was very busy and we had to waited a bit for our food to be served.

Fantastic Restaurant. Food and Service are wonderful. 6 of us went on a Saturday evening (second sitting). The restaurant was full, but you were always looked after. I loved the Miso Steak. Plenty of lovely food to try. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great night.

Great value for money! Quick service and delicious food! So many great things to order, would recommend ordering multiple sashimi/sushi as the portions are small -- but it's fine because you can order as many as you like.

Great Atmosphere. Wonderful service and plenty to eat. being able to order off the menu even though it is an all you can eat is a bonus. Is great especially for people that eat different things. Staff are to be commended, their hospitality was wonderful. Plenty of room in the restaurant and very comfortable

Loved the new manager...doing her best to ensure customers are happy. The customer service from other team members have slighltly improved but most importantly food preparations didn’t take too long. Overall, I would definitely come back.
