Very poor service Waited for our food to come 20 min between each plate. Brunswick by far the best place to go n experience a great food.

Food was mostly well prepared. Portions were questionable for our table and dishes were brought out an untimely manner. For example, we ordered seaweed salad and eggplant salad, then ice cream, but the ice cream came out 20 minutes before they brought out the seaweed salad and forgot about the eggplant salad order completely. Servers were mostly helpful and polite, a few lack basic common sense when handing out dishes, resulting in members of our table almost knocking them and dishes as they did not alert that they were right behind us?? Footscray seems to be understaffed as the servers looked stressed out and confused, which was shown through the lack of efficiency and timeliness. Overall, a mediocre experience.

3 weekends in a row for me - that’s saying something, right? So good.

It was ok. Not the best Japanese I’ve had. Food was slow to come out.

Staff were nice but we came as a group of 3 people and they limited our first order to only 7 dishes. I would prefer no limitations as I know I will finish what I ordered anyway.

We will be back and also look forward to the Okami Hoppers Crossing opening!

The all you can eat is great value for money and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Will be going back.

The food was great.They forgot a couple of dishes that we ordered but brought them to us after we had our dessert !

Really nice place if you like sushi and similar food.

Service was very slow to start with and we had to repeatedly order items that were missed. Wd may as well have been eating with the two tables next to us. I can’t stand restaurants that cram tables in where there is really no room. Food was good when we did get it though.

Service was reasonably fast for a full restaurant and all the staff were friendly. Food is good and comes fast enough.

Great food but restaurant was very very loud and over crowded.

Dining at Okami is always a great experience. We have dined at a number of the sites around Melbourne and have found very little to fault. Food and service are always good, some are a little less crowded than others. The Footscray restaurant is good across the board.

Food was great, it did come out a little slow though
