Okami – Cronulla

Have been before and really enjoyed our night. This time was different. The first few items we ordered we had to keep asking for and were the last items we received. We were given the same plates twice. Drinks spilt on my friend. Very noisy. Can’t take home any leftovers even though there wasn’t much. So much wastage when you look around at other tables. Might try again at a different location.

Too noise and the way restaurant was set out made it feel cramped

The wait time for your food is often a bit long and having to order with a iPad or tablet would make things probably run smoother. Other then that nice place to go with friends.

Food overall was fresh and tasty except for prawn tempura ,a disappointment. So little prawn meat and batter texture pretty hard.

First time trying this restaurant, and it was on Mother’s Day. Excellent service, excellent food, and a great vibe. No delays in being served our food choices, despite there being a full house. We tried several dishes from the entree list, the mains list, and also sushi & sashimi. The food was fresh, & all dishes were so tasty. Empty plates were cleared quickly, which was great as we were on a smaller table. Staff were attentive and friendly. We will certainly be returning in the near future, and recommending Okami Cronulla to friends. (BTW, must give a big tick to this restaurant for advising on their menu that diners will be charged for uneaten food over 200g. Can’t stand to see untouched food thrown out - waste not, want not!)

So little in space, 3 adult get put into 2 people table services very slow. First time visit never again. Very poor

For an all you can eat restaurant the food and service were surprisingly good. Great value and all the family enjoyed it.

Food was honestly great. Service is dismal, it took an hour of being seated to get two dishes out of few we ordered for entrees. After three times of asking if they were on their way we ended up ordering mains and then again it took the last 20 minutes of the seating and asking multiple times for all the dishes we ordered to finally come. Restaurant space is extremely cramped and was dangerous on a number of occasions with large trays in and over your head and they had to dodge us and other wait staff. With minimal spacing in between tables wait staff weaved in and out.
