Was a little disappointing this time around, normally the servings are great! Not this time, our party of 4 had to order 5 or 6 times to get adequate food for us all, took ages to get the food once ordering too. Might try a different location next time.

The staff was okay but some of the food was a bit off the chicken karage was dry and hard it's like over cook same with the beef is so chewy and hard unlike our last dine-un in it's was amazing but last night was very dissapointed. Food are not cooked as what we expected.

Food great & fresh. Quick to get our order & offered to move us to a better table.

have visited this restaurant in the past a few years back and it was great, however our last visit was not so great. the staff worked very hard but the wait times for orders was totally unacceptable. we received parts of orders that had far too much time between order and delivery at table and we actually left at the end of the 2 hours leaving ordered menu items behind as we didn't think they were coming even though we had asked more than once what was happening with the orders. the noise level was beyond the restaurants control however it just made the time waiting for food with a high level of noise unbearable. You would do a great justice to your staff and the venue if you limited the numbers of patrons to half of what was there on Tuesday evening. unfortunately I wouldn't risk returning. The cost involved and delivery of service left a lot to be desired.

Food was delicious but restaurant was too busy so we waited a long time for our food. Some came after I'd paid the bill! Pity for the wait otherwise was good!

Always good when you don’t have to cook. The only problem was the chicken Karachi was cut in small pieces, dry and over cooked.

It’s an amazing experience. We got our orders almost straight away it’s very quick. All the staff are nice and very helpful. Thanks Okami Cranbourne we’re definitely coming back.

Music being piped through restaurant speakers was too loud! could have been half the volume. Was difficult to have a conversation between the 3 of us without shouting... which would contribute to the general noise at the restaurant. Was quite cold in the Restaurant too, our table was opposite the Rest Rooms, which was OK, but felt quite cold, and I usually feel too hot!

Service was so quick. Staff were efficient. Food always delicious.

Amazing service, orders came out within 10 mins been there , never had to re order as they brought out everything we asked for. Alot better then pakenham service. Happy & Friendly staff. Fresh food. My family of six will be dining in more often

We didnt enjoy it as much as other times we have dined here. Some of the dishes had sauces over the food that was overpowering. We will be back and order them without sauce.

Never fails to please. Their food is delicious and one’s out fresh and fast. The size portions are great for sharing. Order a few plates at a time and they always come and ask if you’re ready for more… at the right time. Love it! We will be coming back again.

Some of our dishes were just warm. Our first visit was much better than this time.

we were seated between the door and the register, not a good spot we froze to death every time the door opened (every 30 seconds) then got hit in the arm every time someone wanted to pay. The food was just plonked on the edge of table as the wait person was passing. Not a good experience this time. Sorry won't be back

Okami is our favourite Japanese restaurant, the food, service and atmosphere is amazing.

We go to Okami's in Cranbourne a lot, It's one of our favorite places to eat. Unfortunately we waited 2 hours for a few things that we ordered. Despite the fact that we asked about the food on a few occasions. By the time it came, we had dessert & was past the time for us to leave, due to the dining times that they have. The restaurant needs to be bigger, to accommodate more people. We are always squashed in like sardines. There's no real room to move with the tables behind you, so close & not enough room on the tables for all the food. Otherwise we love the place & the food

The only problem we had was where we were seated. When people entered the restaurant, there was a very cold breeze that came through the door

Great service , thanks in particular to one of the waiters . So smiley , happy and never gave us any of the “hurry up” “anything else” or rush us attitude . Very polite and always made our table excited for when he returned . We ended up tipping that waiter $50 for great service as we were celebrating my sons 13th birthday, the waiter made our light . Thank you. Food as always rocks so no complaints here .
