It was very busy at the timeframe we went in but the service and speed of meals was excellent and the quality of food for the overall price was amazing..recommend and will be back again

We had a great time dining at Okami Cranbourne. The serving is really fast and staffs are really accomodating. The environment is quite and get to have a peaceful date night.

Staff were very friendly and understanding when my toddler wanted to walk around for a bit. Food was delicious. Waitstaff were efficient and made sure we got all of our orders. Would recommend.

From going previously, found there was Increased pricing, a reduced menu, with some staff being quite abrupt

Meals took to long. After we complained meals came out to quick. Noise was terrible. Booking for 6.00pm arrived on time and seated and told at 7.10pm last meal, ice cream arrived then greasey last dumpling meal. We have been several times but this was a bad evening and the premises were freezing. We were glad to leave to get warm. Not an enjoyable 50th wedding anniversary .
