They have friendly staff and you generally recieve quick service.

Not much care when plates stacked on top of each other were thrown on the table, hard to order, good was great

Staff were very friendly and understanding when my toddler wanted to walk around for a bit. Food was delicious. Waitstaff were efficient and made sure we got all of our orders. Would recommend.

From going previously, found there was Increased pricing, a reduced menu, with some staff being quite abrupt

Meals took to long. After we complained meals came out to quick. Noise was terrible. Booking for 6.00pm arrived on time and seated and told at 7.10pm last meal, ice cream arrived then greasey last dumpling meal. We have been several times but this was a bad evening and the premises were freezing. We were glad to leave to get warm. Not an enjoyable 50th wedding anniversary .

Food was great but service was very slow and portions were very small compared to last time. If we got bigger portions we would order less which means less need for waiters to come round to reorder

I love.Okami but tonight was a little bit disappointing it started of really well but half way l was waiting a good 20 mins for meals that we had ordered now l could understand if the place was full but it wasn't we asked the waite staff a few times were are these particular dishes l will still give them another try

Very busy got the orders a bit mixed up had to order a few meals twice for them to come out. Got a couple of things wrong also. But overall we still had a good time.

Was a good dinner with great friends, they did forget one of the rices and we only got three chances to order so really had to make the most of it.
