Love the order by QR code makes it alot easier when its busy. Service and food great, it was really busy so it a little loud .We've been a few times gets better everytime we go

When you go to a buffet type restaurant, you are paying for plenty of different kind of food you want to try. This time at the end of the visit we didnt even feel full as the little dishes were coming one by one every 10 minutes. So sitting in a buffet style restaurant with an empty table was a dissapointment. Then they lost half of our order, so we were waiting for a while, until we asked superbusy waiter where is our food. At the end my birthday girl was crying of all that terrrible experience and they gave us 4$ discount (we paid over$180).

Beautiful food as usual. The new ordering system is good but there are some teething problems. Several of our dishes did not arrive and we had to chase them up, as well as our drinks which didn’t arrive.. still happy though and will be back.

Upon arriving we only had one set of chopsticks and no glasses. We asked the staff if it would be possible to get a 2nd pair of chopsticks anf glasses, to which she replied harshly that they were in the dishwasher and we had to wait. Perfectly happy to wait, as understand the difficulties of hospitality, but was quite an abrupt response. Ordered the combination steak, but did not recieve it. After 20minutes past we ordered it again, but this did not arrive either. We requested help from the staff who apoligised and brought us the two platters, which we were very appreciative of. Later in our sitting we ordered the combination steak again. We did not recieve this order for a long time and once arrived it was only the miso steak not the combination.

The table was dirty and very sticky and my clothes stuck to the edge of the table Food was just ok and I find the ordering via phone very unusual and difficult as it was not expected and I did not take my glasses

Food was OK but the deep fried food was incredibly oily, meaning the oil was not hot enough (probably because of the constant cooking reducing the oil temperature). The octopus balls were quite doughy and uncooked inside because of the low cooking temperature. Made the fried dessert item quite gross. Probably won’t go back, wanted to really enjoy it as a first visit, but it is what it is.

The variety of food at Okami is awesome. You could order via the QR code which is super convenient whenever you needed more and it was always hot. The service was great and while it was busy for a Saturday night, you could still hear each other. 10/10

Orders had to be order twice because they took so long to come out.. all drinks were flat and taste like water

This place never fails to impress. The food is delicious and food delivery is so fast, it’s always impressive and really makes the most of the 2 hour seating time. Make sure to wear your extra stretchy pants!
