Staff were gr8 food was excellent. Would of liked more sauces especially with the entree. We will all be going back and we were a party of 6. Thanks for a great night.

Truly authentic Japanese flavours, we love coming here. The food is great but the service is always exception. I required special attention due to an injury, they were more than happy to accommodate me.

The service was speedy, the staff are so friendly and polite, the place is so clean, the food is delectable and they even offered my kids a lollie pop as we were leaving. I even had my brother and his daughter and granddaughter turn up unannounced and the staff were more than happy to accomodate them eating with us. Overall, FANTASTIC restaurant and can not wait to go back! Thank you so much Okami!

All very knowledgeable of the menu. 23/24 dishes were excellent and the 24th was too salty, boiled vegetables. I am on salt reduced diet and so a little bit sensitive to the amount of salt. All told great atmosphere and great food

Very Noisy, did not care that people had bookings, just took people through without checking. Waited 20 minutes to not be served but people that came in after us were served and had food. No one came past to check on us at all in that 20 minutes and could not get a hold of staff as they either could not hear over the noise or were avoiding making eye contact as they could not take orders

Our family was very happy with the quality of food and the service. Miso steak was the absolute favourite, but other dishes were also delicious. The service was attentive, polite and fast. We usually don't tip, but this time we did. Highly recommended!

Food was delicious and was brought out quite promptly! All the staff were friendly, always ensuring our table was clean and checking if we wanted to order more.

Regular diners here. We accept it's a mousy place. The service last night not so good. Asked for champagne flutes, got wine glasses. Struggled to attract waitress attention all through the evening. Dirty plates were left to be stack up and we couldn't attract attention to get them removed.

Great value for the price. Each menu item is cooked fresh. They now have their liquor licence. Highly recommend eating here 😊

Have been a few times now and rate it very highly, service and atmosphere is getting better and better each visit...they need blinds for the sun , very difficult to get away from the sun glare

Food was good. Sushi and salmon was very fresh. Would like more different desserts though aside from ice cream. At least some fresh fruit would be great to finish of the delicious meal 😁

The food was bad. The service was terrible. This is one of the worst okami franchises I have visited. The tuna tasted frozen and in general the store was unclean. The franchisee needs to visit other stores because this is one of the worse I have seen.

Fantastic food, but even with a booking we had to wait outside for 30 minutes. They just needed to tell everyone what was happening, as many people decided to leave while waiting in line.

We waited 25 minutes after our booking time to be seated and we were seated at a dirty table. The previous patrons cups, plates and scraps were left on our table for a further 10 minutes after we were seated. The food was good but the start of the night ruined it.

Terrible service got 6 dishes in two hours. Appalling will never go backs. They made us pay full price too. And we had to go get maccas after

Great food and great service, the dishes came out fast, were tasty and it's such a great way to try something new , the staff looked after us well. Great choices for our Vegan friend.

We went to there at 5pm, after that many people came that makes the staffs busy. Because of that, sometimes our orders didn't came up to the table. But stuff's response were very good, all of the meal were awesome, and the restaurant's atmosphere also good!! I'm Japanese there was some Japanese stuff so I can order in Japanese that not make me stressful. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately can’t give zero stars. Honestly astounded at the service at this place. Booked a week in advance for Valentine’s Day dinner for the 7:45 session & once we arrived there was a line of about 60 people. We waited half an hour and decided to leave. Patrons were leaving from the session before ours & they told everyone in queue not to waste their money as they had to wait 1 hour to get inside & then another hour to get their first serving. The service at this place ruined our valentines dinner this year, something we’ll never forget! And by the looks on everyone’s faces, they ruined a lot of other peoples nights too! Ur meant to be a restaurant instead ur a JOKE!

The line was way too long. The previous sitting was still coming out and we heard other people say they waited so long to be seated and apparently they were short staffed. So we left as we didn't want to waste our money
