Food was very tasty. The service was wonderful. All staff had a smile which made it feel very warm and friendly.

We think the Narre Warren branch is better. We don’t think that we were listened to properly, some meals were mixed up and my husband was left waiting for his sushi sashimi platter, long after the rest of us were already eating.

I had my birthday there with hubby and friends and we had a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend highly

Not too busy. A few orders never came but over all had a good night.

Not too bad, order Sushi three times but only one plate end up coming out to us. Instead the table next to us got them.

It was a bit cramped we were given a small table between three us and placed in corner. I couldn’t leave the table as a pram was placed beside me. (Pram was from another table). Probably won’t come on a Saturday night again.

Had a pretty good time. Food was pretty tasty. Few stuff never came though.

Staff and food was fantastic. Some of the clients were loud and not mindful of other patrons. But would recommend Cranbourne to everyone who likes Japanese food.

We love how cozy the place is compared to other okami’s and yummy foods too

A busy Tuesday night, service was okay, not attended too straight away, but it was quite busy, the food came out at a good pace, and everything was bloody tasty. Will definitely be back!

I had not counted how many people were coming and the waitresses were so good about it, organising another table straight away. Atmosphere was great, a little hard to hear each other talk but everyone (customers included) was so friendly.

At one point we waited longer than usual. We think they lost our order so we just reordered

Food in general was great and tasty. However our first round of miso noodles were lukewarm, not hot. Then the fish in our last batch of sushi had bones and a gritty texture to it, like it was frozen? The food came out quite quickly however there was a wait for orders to be taken.

Delicious food, excellent customer service, definitely good value for money
