Fast and friendly service, decent food, would definitely visit again.

The food was good, but was fairly noisy. They are under staffed, trying to get your order taken was difficult at times. Another person on the floor would have made a great difference. Would still go back regardless.

Fantastic staff, fantastic food. Everything was fresh and made to a delicious high standard. One of the few times I wished I had a bigger stomach!

We were seated next to the widow where afternoon full sun made it quite hot, but that was my only disappointment. The food as always was fantastic the staff friendly as always. Food service was great everything fresh and fast.

Sorry to say, that was my second visit and it was very different to my first visit. On this occasion, the deep fried food was border line burnt and we had to wait a long time for food while all other tables around us where constantly receiving food. I understand you were very busy on the Saturday night and I will choose a week night, if I am to return as it was extremely noisy and the byo is very expensive at $5.00 per bottle.

It’s a great place to go for dinner . The staff are friendly. The food is great and there is no bill shock . Everyone can have what they like and share the rest . Will be returning.

The chicken karage and katsu, agedashi tofu, were very yummy.. Garlic veggies can be cooked a bit longer as theres a bit raw taste in it. But overall amazing food and service.

It was the second time our family ate there. A bit of waiting for food at the beginning. But then everything went smoothly. Apart from the beef fry udon a little bit salty, all food are great. For two adults and three kids, $128 is a lot more healthy choice than fast food. Will definitely come back again!

There were a couple of guests with babies. While I have nothing against them, our stay at Okami Cranbourne was not so enjoyable since the noise level from crying babies sometimes reaches a point that it was already annoying. I was dining with my daughter and wife and was expecting a quiet but pleasant atmosphere so we can chat to each other without disturbing anybody, in the same manner that we do not want others disturbing us.

The restaurant's ambience is nice and the customer service was awesome. Although the food is just okay compared to Okami-Hampton.

Fabulous way to sample many different dishes. Very fast service and staff were very helpful and cordial as well as polite. Highly recommend this experience but recommend patrons are HUNGRY to make the most of ‘all you can eat in 2 hours.’

We had the first sitting at 5.30pm, food was quick and fresh except the spicy squid which smelled a bit funny, we didn't eat it but the rest of the food were nice and fresh. Love the beef cappacio and grilled eggplant. Yummy!
