The food was excellent as always. the music was a little bit loud at the start of the session but as more people came the voices tuned out the music a bit but would be better if they could increase the music as the restaurant filled up instead of it being so loud from the very beginning. otherwise a lovely evening

This is a marvellous restaurant. The service was more than just politely friendly; the waiter was passionate about serving good food and helping us to enjoy the experience. I use that word advisedly as it was more than dining, it was an experience to remember. The fact that such memorable dining didn't stress the budget is just the icing on the cake. We will definitely go back.

It was great, fun atmosphere, great staff and great food

Usually come in the evening sessions and the service is always great. However, this was the only day that I felt let down. The man and lady serving our table on that day (lunch 1:30pm) looked like they didn’t even want to be there. No smiling and looked annoyed or just ignored us when we’d ask to order more or about our order. Clearing the table was so slow, that I started piling up the plates from when we first sat down to when we almost left. Food came out one by one and waited almost an hr for a bowl of rice.

The best okami location is definitely the Cranbourne restaurant by far.

Not many people as before in the restaurant due to the COVID-19 restrictions, but we felt there was still good atmosphere in the restaurant. Nice food, Love it!

I liked the seaweed salad,udon noodles and the green tea ice cream the most. Though sometimes the waiting is a little bit too long for me, I still enjoyed the food.
