The experience was delightful, apart from the fact that the staffs are way too shy, they always avoid eye contact to not get your orders.

First timers to Okani and we had a great night! You get around 2hrs to order anything off the menu. Suggest ordering what you would like to eat early so that you have enough time. Service was ok, but the food was delicious!

Food was great. It’s just the waiting time for the food to be served that makes things different.

Arrived at our booking time, service was slow and then we’re told we don’t get the full 2 hours as per the booking advice. A bit disappointed. Didn’t really get much out of an hour.

Uber eats drivers ruin the dining experience when eating in. They wait and get frustrated and it’s annoying watching a line right in front of your table. Other than that the food is amazing and although short staffed they did a great job 👍

Food was good just noisy and not enough staff on so was waiting a bit for order to be taken

we were seated and order taken and only 2 of the 6 items given to the table. followed it up and got one more, so we ordered more knowing the wait.. so much noise in the restaurant. tables crammed together. staff were asking us to order more... and they were surprised when we told them we were waiting for 5+ dishes. all the food was overcooked and the whole night was a waste. 4 of us and a round of soft drink was $170. not at all pleased. other locations don't manage their restaurant this way. the excuse that was given was that they were busy... it's a booked service... too busy then I suggest cut bookings. I'm just really disappointed at the whole experience. won't go back to this store again. staff tried their best but the flow of food was not up to scratch.

Food was very slow coming, servings were much smaller than other locations and only got service for less than 1 hour. No one bothered to ask if we wanted Ice Cream, waited and waited but after all other customers left we had to go up and ask.

Very busy restaurant with minimal staff on. We sat seated waiting order for nearly 30mins. Upon ordering dishes they cam out to the table rather quickly but then sort of stopped and there were delays. Overall food was good, service was average due lack of staff.

Choose your own dinner adventure. Good food and plenty of choice. Venue was noisy for a Thursday and it is time structured eating. Two eating sessions so be prepared to be out by set time. Only negative was hard to hear which dish was being served and staff engagement.

The meal and service excellent. When it was time to pay,no eftpos, had to pay cash.

We REALLY wanted a receipt including your business name and ABN so we can claim the Victorian Government Dining &M Entertainment Program. We can not use the receipt you gave us on the night. Can you make a replacement receipt with this info ? We are Seniors on a budget and we thought we could claim the rebate but without this we can not claim.

Amazing food and service Only issue was with the booking online. It allows you to book outside of seating times. Which ment our amazing experience was spoiled by having less time and rushing the end. Getting desert and main together is not ideal. This is not the fault of the restaurant
