Food was great, it was a bit slow getting the server to attend us but when they did it was good food and nice service.

We had a wonderful night at Okami, we had the buffet and was not disappointed. Amazing food, wonderful service, and exceptional prices. We will defiantly be back.

Good Night out, Good service and food came out quickly.. Value for money. Unfortunately we were sitting next to an extremely loud and obnoxious table of 8, We felt like we were in a very night nightclub.

Actual service was terrible. Order 2 soft drinks, only 1 arrives,5 mins later we got 2nd drink. dishes ordered took forever to arrive, yet table nxt to us was always having dishes brought to them. waitresses were few n far between at our table and we did not get our $ worth as they basically came to take our order 3 times for the entire sitting., then we ran out of time.. We will never go back there , frankston restaurant can certainly teach Cranbourne a lot of things.

Food and decor were wonderful. The staff were amazing at getting all the food out as quickly as possible to everyone. The restaurant was totally booked out and there was still never much of a wait between ordering something and receiving it. Noise did get a bit loud but that is to be expected with that many families gathered in one place.

The food was as amazing as the service was 👌🏼

Really enjoyed your restaurant and service. The food was lovely! My only negative was charging $18 for a child that was 4.

Overall it was a Great night. We did request to be seated out of the way of the Open door way. that did not happen we had to have the door shut twice. Other than that we had a wonderful time. The food as usual was delicious except for the chicken skewers were very dry. Thank you . we will be back

Very attentive staff members. Food quality is good but could do with more variety.

Overall a great deal for the quality of food. Sadly, there were inconsistencies with the food we ordered (lesser than what was in the photos, one order was less than the other) which was disappointing.

Was very busy normally not a problem here but left off a couple of items off our order- despite us checking twice. 3rd time waitress said it was not put thru. We left without.

Food and service was great as it always is. However when it gets busy it’s quite loud and they still had the music on really loud.

Fantastic venue, all you can eat food is cooked fresh for you and the staff are very friendly. So much food we couldn’t possibly try it all. Will definitely go back.

On arrival, we were seated immediately and our order taken quickly. However our first lot of food was lukewarm. Next batch of food was piping hot. Fried rice serve was cold and smaller compared to other tables. Also during sunset the lack of blinds makes for a VERY unpleasant dining experience as you are completely blinded by the sun.

Really happy with the crew there, very welcoming and diligent , always a pleasure to dine there.

Food was too slow to serving to us and we kept receiving other people's plate of food. But once we had received our order wow the food there was so same delicious. Well done.

The food was either burnt cold or undercooked this by far is the worst experience at a restaurant I’ve had. The waitress were more into serving the bigger tables then the tables of 2 we waiting 15 minuets just for the person to come over then we also waiting about 30 minutes for steamed vegetables and for beef carpaccio really a massive let down If I wasn’t so polite I would not have even paid.

Food was delicious. Everything we ordered came out promptly & bursting with flavor & freshness. Will definitely be back
