I love the service and the choices of food are amazing

The staff were amazing as well as the quality of the food. We arrived and was greeted with smiles the whole time. The food options were amazing and the price was incredible. Didnt even touch base on mains because we were full on entree but the service and quality of the food were 10/10

I felt very rushed and we had to ask 3 times for wine glasses also the front doors were open and all the smoke from the smokers standing at the front door was coming into the restaurant and was effecting us while we ate

I had to leave our table and enquire about wait service so we could order our main courses. we had waited patiently for nearly 40 minutes. then all the food we ordered arrived at once!

Thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. Unfortunately a very loud speaking woman was sitting close by and was very annoying. That's the only negative.

Great restaurant, all you can eat comes out fresh and you can keep ordering perfect portions til full! The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere very clean and modern 10/10 will eat there again.

Really enjoyed dining at okami. Food was delicious. My only criticism is the attentiveness of the wait staff. There were at least 4 who kept coming around to check on us, see if we wanted to order more etc which was great in one respect but they kept coming one after the other, minutes apart and they had no communication with each other. At one point we had ordered, then had 3 more wait staff come to ask if we wanted to order all within 5 minutes. Definitely recommend okami to other people. Lovely way to sample various Japanese dishes and all cooked to order, so all were freshly made and delicious.

Lovely food and atmosphere, they forgot a couple of dishes and we had to ask, but overall a pleasant experience.

Love this place but use to have to go to Greensborough to dine. Thrilled now that it’s closer to home. The staff are just as friendly, the food is amazing and the service is great. Handled our or 10 really well. Thanks OKAMI :)

The food was delicious and came quickly despite of how busy it looked. Everything was great the only issue was we were sorted close to the door and every time it opened the cold would hit so we were uncomfortable and couldn’t take our jackets off. But everything else was great!

Average food. Nothing compared to the Greensborough branch. The karage chicken was overcooked and the batter was thick. The quality and amount of each serve was poor and service was a bit slow.
