waited too long for food and service no attention given to our table all you can eat but only as much as you are served and waited on we had to get up several times to bring attention to our table not enough portions for everyone should have gone to sushi sushi for an avocado roll not coming back again

We’ve been multiple times and never once have a bad experience. Obviously one the weekends when it’s busy the staff won’t notice your done and ready to order so have to keep putting your hand up till someone notices but otherwise the staff, food, environment, restaurant are absolutely beautiful and can’t fault them. We love coming here with our kids and experiencing the food they create.

Very satisfied except for the dessert. Kids is all about the desserts but they only have ice cream. Please have some more desserts, but everything is perfect.

The food tasted better at Craigieburn. I’ve been to a few stores now, But it tasted a lot better here.

Its very good experience we had on OKAMI Craigieburn. everything excellent would like to suggest followings. its better if you can provide an ipad or tab on the table. customer can order as required.

Quick service and friendly staff. Good selection of food in All you can eat menu, although almost everything was fried items. A bit more non-fried varieties would have been amazing. Overall, good value for money. Well built and neatly maintained restaurant with spacious areas. Clean restrooms.
