We hardly got any of the food we ordered had to keep re ordering and the food and drinks never showed very disappointing for a $300 plus bill

We love this place but they did not serve our table of nine with enough food. They said two servings of a dish was the maximum they could give a table at any one time! We needed at least 3 for nine people. Cost saving i guess.

Delicious food but disappointed that they put a limit on some of the desserts which defeats the purpose of “all you can eat.”

Our fried rice was missed in our order, so we simply ordered again - friendly service, apologised for the missing rice and all was well.

We took my 88 year mum who is gluten intolerant and the beautiful lady [so sorry should have asked her name] manager? Was amazing … never had that amount of attention at a restaurant before. Very grateful and will be back!!!

Always love out trips to Okami. Food was great and service was decent considering how busy they were. We had a wobbly table and they were quick to rectify it so we could enjoy your dinner.

Friendly staff, fast service, lots of atmosphere for mid week. Food is family friendly although menu has been the same for many years, but overall it’s a great local Japanese restaurant.

The Food was Just OK on the night, Need to fix the Front Door to stop the Cold coming in.

Food was not delivered in any order so you rice was delivered after you had eaten your main and most was no longer hot. dissapointing.
