Great food and service would recommend to friends and family.

It was great to start with then my family feel we were neglected by the waiters as we placed the orders but we have to keep following up with waiters on our orders. When we went to other branch previously, we didn’t feel like we were ignored by the waiters.

Overall a great experience, just felt like the waiters weren't happy with the amount of food we ordered, which was a bit disappointing, as there was not 1 bit of wastage, there was a few dishes we ordered multiples of, and didn't get the amount we asked for, but other than that is was a great night

We love this place but they did not serve our table of nine with enough food. They said two servings of a dish was the maximum they could give a table at any one time! We needed at least 3 for nine people. Cost saving i guess.

Delicious food but disappointed that they put a limit on some of the desserts which defeats the purpose of “all you can eat.”

Always love out trips to Okami. Food was great and service was decent considering how busy they were. We had a wobbly table and they were quick to rectify it so we could enjoy your dinner.

Good food as per usual but service was very slow. Lunch rush and only about 2-3 staff taking orders.
