Food was coming out not very hot at all, unlike previous visits, not many waitresses working so orders kept getting forgotten we had to keep asking

We had a lovely experience with good price and service.

Always great food & service. Highly recommended for young & old alike.

In an allocated 2 hour sitting we didn’t have food or drinks for the first 30 minutes after we ordered. Couples that came for a later sitting were served after us and still managed to get 6 or so courses while we still waited on our first. They had constant food coming and we waited 10-20 mins between each bit of food ordered. Even though we were tucked in a corner with other couples we were ignored and big tables were prioritised. All up we spent at least an hour waiting between dishes for the next dish to come out. I was still hungry afterwards and unsatisfied with the amount of food we got compared to other tables. Not worth the $40 a head. Previously when we have visited we’ve been in an out within an hour max. Unless you’re a group of 4 or more you won’t be served in a timely manner. Not to mention we stood at the counter for 5 or so minutes before someone realised we were waiting to pay. Overall it’s safe to say unless a group of people are going, my partner and I won’t be.

This is our very favourite Japanese restaurant. The food here is amazing and the staff are always cheerful and very courteous. Our dining tonight was no different. Another very pleasant tasting sensation of many dishes. Thank you so much. We can’t wait for our next visit 🙂

The wait staff were all very lovely but very busy. There were times service was slow but I wouldn't blame the wait staff - they did not stop moving the whole time we were there.

Fast . Good food staff very friendly and on top of the orders

It was very noisy and a lot of the choices are fried food ..

Food lacked flavour, meat was tough and some had more fat than meat. Noise level was terrible and the place had very little appeal. Over all not a great place. Would not recommend it felt like we’re part of a production line or cattle yard. We eat out at least once a week and this the worst Japanese restaurant we have dined at.

Was really good at start then on our last 3 ordered plates it took 20mins to arrive so we just ordered dessert thinking it was forgotten because everything else came out so fast them bamboo we had mains and desserts to eat.....waiters were all lovely though

Don’t go there! The service very slow I ordered ready cold cooked prawn it took more than 30 mins for them to served! The food wasn't nice better keep your money go some where elese. I spent $97.85 for 2 people pluse with drinks. Not worth it!

The day of the order was my birthday, although there was no special service, but every waiter was very warm, happy to enjoy the delicious meal, especially the ingredients are very fresh, will continue to visit next time.

We are regular customers and we love Okami but unfortunately in this instant we were waiting a long time for one of our orders only to discover that it hadn’t been put through properly to begin with. We were on a bit of a time schedule so we missed out on some of the dishes we were hoping to have due to this delay. Otherwise the food was delicious as always.

Dad enjoyed his all ya can eat Father’s Day, good value especially if ya 8 year old eats like an adult hehe

Amazing food, perfect banquet sizes so you can try lots of different dishes and friendly service. A very enjoyable night out. We will definitely come back!
