Was Mother's Day, assuming a busy day of trade. Meals were ordered and didn't arrive plus some dishes were ordered for the "table" - 10 people, and only enough for 4 people arrived. Was still waiting on main meals when dessert arrived. Food was nice enough, but disappointed in the service.

I have eaten here several times and it’s always been enjoyable. This time I found the service really poor. Most of the staff struggled to understand English and our requests. We were seated and there were no chopsticks or water cups on our table. I had to ask twice for these and even then only one glass came out. The staff didn’t come and take our order enough and we basically kept having to flag them down. Even ordering drinks was hard work. The food was still pleasant however the miso steak we ordered was cold. It was still a pleasant night but more so due to the company I was in.

The food was very good, fresh, well presented. There was a little bit of a wait but we expected this with a all you can order restaurant with table service. I highly recommend it if you love sushi and sashi.

First visit and I could not fault it. The food was fresh and fast, every dish was delicious. I have always thought of Japanese as sushi and raw meat. I was very wrong, there is that and so much more. The staff were friendly and efficient. Great value for money.
