Shocking noise levels, screaming children everywhere knocking things over and bumping our tables/chair, nobody was doing anything about them. The food was so slow it was ridiculous, staff seemed very indifferent and had no initiative whatsoever, we had dirty glasses and dishes on our table most of the evening, orders took way too long and when we asked what was happening with our food we were brought the wrong dish. Overall disaster, food was okay but not great. Franchise owner needs to implement an experienced manager to bring some order to the place.

Dishes came out one at a time! Not together. Had to ask for forks three times. Drinks order was wrong, but happily replaced. Waitress came to advise last orders, and when told we were still waiting on dishes, the order was duplicated. Good was great, staff and timing is the problem. Ice cream was served when still waiting on dishes. Happily taken back Nd returned at end

It was my first time coming to Okami and I really enjoyed the experience, the food was amazing and the price was well worth it. I would definitely recommend it to others and dine there in the future.

Food was awesome & served quickly, staff were great when ordering. I did book for a 7.45 session asking for access for a pram and someone on crutches but I don't think we reserved table was reviewed as when we arrived there was no table reserved. Otherwise everything else was great.

We enjoyed our dinner at Okami. The food was good and good value! It was at times hard to get a waitress to notice us (to order more food) but at other times they checked in on us. Overall, enjoyed it and would be back!

Food was excellent, but service could definitely improve as it was a bit average. There was 10 of us altogether and for an all you can eat restaurant we waited way too long for service for each meal. It was noticeably well paced on purpose I felt to avoid the risk of over ordering. We came at 8pm and I suspect this was a bit late to receive quality service as it appeared they wanted to hurry up and go home. Perhaps an earlier booking would prove to be better relating to quality service. Otherwise I would definitely give it another chance only because of the food quality and hopefully next time we will have a much better experience at a earlier time.

We had a fantastic night. The menu has something for everyone. The staff were very attentive and the food came out quickly. Towards the end of the night it did get noisy but not enough to dampen our evening.

We asked for four plates but some only came out as one plate so wasn’t sure on that but all in all had a great night and really enjoyed it

It was loud and the service wasn’t the best, I prefer the other restaurants, the costumer service was rather average as they didn’t recall half the food we ordered. That was disappointing. But the food itself was very good. They just need to pick up on there customer skills.

Great food. Very good value. Service slow and a bit haphazzard... we were given food we hadn't ordered, some dishes did not arrive, and we had to get up and find wine glasses after 3 requests. In fairness they were quite busy and we had a good time regardless.

Overall the waiting times for food was good, but very slow with drinks and providing wine glasses; they actually had to be reminded that we were waiting for 1 drink; it was delivered quite quickly after that.
