Honestly extremely disappointing. To difficult to get service from staff in order to order food. Portions when do order would feed a small child. Value is poor, food is poor would get much more going to a sushi train and actually still pay less. Don’t bother!!

Was charged for a beverage item which we didn't receive as we were told it was out of stock so we ordered something else but was still charged for the beverage we didn't receive. We understand this was accidental but consequently we were unable to get a refund as their policy is that a refund form has to be filled in and sent to head office for approval. The customer should never be inconvenienced for a mistake made by the restaurant.

Its all you can eat waitress telling us when we are ordering that we still have a lot of food on our table which is thats with our other guest and nearly finish. and we are ordering for ourselves so she dont have the right to say that to us and plus taking so long and not very friendly.

Quality has slipped post covid, very sad. I loved this place.

Greatvexperiencewith all customers in for all you can eat 2nd seating 7:45pm . Well controlled covid safety and distancing. Staff polited and kept clearing and offering to take more orders. Food presentation and variety exellent.
