The staff are very friendly and the food is fantastic! I have been several times and have not once had a bad experience. Definitely recommend Okami Chirnside Park!

Food was very good, service was friendly but a little hit and miss on the night in that we had to ask a couple of time for drink orders and for part of food order, but the restaurant was busy so may have been just a hard night for table staff, but worth a visit if you are looking for reasonably price Japanese. We will definitely go back.

Dined here on a Wednesday night , very busy, but food and service was very good, will definitely be back. With set sittings on weekend, would prefer weekdays.

The food was great and so was the service. The only small down size was that it was quite noisy and hard to hear or have a conversation.

Very good! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is nice, the service is friendly. The only criticism is that we’ve been on a quiet Tuesday night and busy Saturday night and they’ve had a tendency to forget some of our orders. Will keep going back though, because everything else about the place is top notch!

Can't fault the quality of the food, everything was delicious. The service was mostly good. Towards the end of the night the staff seemed to have decided we'd had enough food and we struggled to get anyones attention. The only thing I would have liked was to have a few more different types of desserts other than icecream.

It was a bit noisy especially for us hard of hearing folk. The food was excellent and the fact you knew how much it was going to cost for your meal no matter how much you ate was really good. Our friend who had never been to Japanese before really enjoyed it.

Great value, great food. Drink order was a bit slow, but think that was just due to the business of staff. Was a bit noisy, but was again very busy so was possibly just the crowd that night. Would definitely recommend.

Great service and delicious food! Every dish we had was wonderful. Everything was eaten. Both my children had a wonderful time too. We will be back.

A group of 6 of us ate at okami chirnside for Sunday lunch. The food was great, friendly service. A great selection of food and it is all you can eat. We tried a variety of dishes and nothing was wasted. Keep up the good work.

Nice atmosphere and the food was really nice. Because it is an all you can eat the food comes out as soon as it is ready which is great. All the staff are nice and helpful too. It was a pleasure to eat there - will definitely be back!

It was really busy so we got off to a slow start but the food was terrific and I highly recommend Okami to everyone. We will certainly be back soon.

We loved the food and the atmosphere, unfortunately we continuously got another tables order so we didn’t really end up eating what we’d ordered until the end. Staff & food was great though 😊

The food was fantastic however, it was such a busy night it appears the order system is confusing the staff. Someone comes to take our order but what we order doesnt come to us and some of the food we didnt order gets placed on our table then removed. I felt that we needed to keep reordering but also afraid that all those orders we didnt get will come piling on our table. In the end I made sure all those other food will not come to usanymore and end up wasting it. The staff were great though and very apologetic. Definitely will comeback but not on saturday nights.

Fantastic! We had a group of 12 and the service was good and very quick, food was excellent and such good variety! Will definitely be coming back!

Enjoyed the evening.... have been a few times and food is always consistently good. Only downfall is service a little slow. Had to remind staff we had ordered and food had not arrived. Staff are always courteous and do their best.

service was all over the place. food was very average very bland. wasnt what i expected thats for sure. didnt help the gave us a table near the doors then seemed to forget about all of us that were seated there. the restaurant itself looks really nice and modern and clean. what i didnt realise is that this a franchise restaurant. that probaly accounts for the blandness of the food. also it a very noisey place which is ok

Our family are lovers of Japanese food and we had nearly very thing on the menu. The service was quick, staff very polite and food all freshly prepared, the Teriyaki steak was to die for. This is the nicest buffet restaurant I've been to in a long time.

Great food and venue. The only downside was that being in a large group, we ordered lots at once but found that some things were missed and didn’t come out. Other than that, it was great!

Very quick service. Lovely, friendly staff. Can't say I was a big fan of the Octopus Balls, but I loved everything else. My favourite was the Teriyaki Steak

Attentive service, great atmosphere, delicious food. I would definitely recommend others to go here. The only negative is that you have to order the sushi platter and you can't choose which sushi you get.

Great food, diners need to be advised of the ordering process a bit more clearly if having the All you can eat option. Great value! We will definitely return.

FOOD WAS VERY GOOD AND CAME QUICKLY AT THE START, BUT IT DID SLOW DOWN AS MORE PEOPLE CAME OVERALL THE WHOLE FAMILY WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE NIGHT

Enjoyed the meal and the service was quick and the staff were lovely. The entree’s were plentiful and beautifully presented by the smiling pleasant staff.

Great food, we had issues with service to begin with but once this was raised the staff were fantastic and ensured we were well looked after with enough food.
