Need more waiters. The wait for the food was too long.

Service very efficient and friendly. Food was tasty and well presented and all hot dishes came to the table hot. For customers eating "a lot" it is very good value as it is "all you can eat for a set price."

The food is fresh and delicious. The staff can response the request of customers with an acceptable speed. Finally, the price is outstanding. I will visit again in the future.

Friendly staff, good food, nice ambiance, reasonable and affordable price. My family and I are happy with the experience, I wouldn't hesitate recommending Okami, Caulfield to my friends.

Six of us enjoyed the great food and lively ambience last night. Highly recommended for good value, wide selection and fresh preparation. A delicious and fun night out.

When we arrived, we had to wait 10-15 minutes before we can place an order. We had to wait 1 hour for certain meals, especially sushi. When ordering, some meals were for forgotten. The feeling was staff were avoiding us, not to take orders. We understand it was busy as it was Valentines Day but waiting 1 hour for sushi and not completing orders is not acceptable. We have been there many times and we left with a bad feeling.

Food was nice and fresh. Very tasty and the value for money is fantastic. Service was a bit slow, but it was very busy so can understand. Will definitely go back

Service was attentive and quick, at no point did we have to try and flag down a staff member. Food was really nice and the portions were a perfect size to be able to try a bit of everything.

We were a party of 10. Including one baby. The chairs were not great for 2 of the little children. The service was quick & generous. Not sure if I like the deadline to be out by a certain time. Much more relaxing to just make a night of it

They been very busy as usual ,therefore they could not handle guest on time. I been in many Okami branches, Even they are busy to but they handle guests faster

Delicious Japanese tapas infused with traditional flavours. If you like Japanese cuisine and the all-you-can-eat option, this is the place to be! You’ll definitely get good value from the experience.

Very bad service! They really scared you to order and eat! You only have 2 hours, but theit serving speed is terrible slow, and we order couple times of prawns they have no serving! We don’t have enough food to eat, is this calling *all you can eat*????? And they only want you to pay cash to avoid their tax!? Because they have 1.5% surcharge no matter how much is your bill! Very bad experience ever! Never gonna go again!

Always a great experience at Okami Caulfield! The food is delicious, the service is quick and our only critisism is we leave too full! Highly recommend.

Have to Keep asking where my order. 1.5hr only come two around of food, I ask for 5 thing only 1 come, not really what I know Okami Restaurant. I be to other Okami Restaurant, Only Caulfield have this problem. all the staff don't care just say I will reorder for you and walk away 15min later nothing and ask again. I have go home and eat two minute noodle after.

Food is pretty good although they were very busy so it is sometimes a bit hard to get their attention to add orders. Otherwise pretty satisfied.

Food was surprisingly good! Portions were more than adequate and the price is extremely reasonable. Will definitely be coming back for group dinners and celebrations.

Very Slow Service.Had to go twice to the main counter asking tham to take an order. The waitress look tired and did not smile at all.

Most staff were very helpful and friendly As the night progressed some orders were forgotten, ice-cream arrived without spoons The male who brought the spoons that we requested, dropped them on the table in a frustrated manner

we had a birthday dinner for my partner -4 people, and my partner ended up waiting for his meal for over an hour, all the other 3 people's meal were served and his were missed out for some reason. The place is probably understaffed and the tension was felt since the moment we arrived at the door step as we had to wait to be greeted and seated...my partner did not want to pay for his meal, we checked on his meal 5 times and yet it was heavily delayed. We ended up being late for the movies...Not particularly pleasant experience last night.

Dinner at Okami Caulfield as usual was fantastic! So much choice, always good food and all for a very reasonable price! Will keep going back until I can’t possibly eat any more all you can eat Japanese...

The food was lovely but we were stuck on a bad table next to the fire extinguisher. This table made it difficult to get out of without brushing past the people beside us while they were eating.

Second time to eat in Okami but different branch and this time is in Caufield. The service is excellent and the staffs are awesome. Definitely recommending more of my friends to eat here.

The service was not great. They keep forgetting to bring out what we ordered. We had to tell them 4 times for one dish .

Awesome food and despite being packed the servers were very attentive in placing orders. Definitely requires a reservation and I will be revisiting. I was not disappointed

I have been to multiple Okami’s and the one in caulfield is extremely delicious. Great fresh quality sashimi, great value for money. Amazing all you can eat!

Okami caulfield was a delight as always. Staff were attentive and food was lovely. Our favourite was the miso steak which is mouth watering. The salamon was also incredible.

Food is always good and you can order as much of it as you wish, the wait staff are friendly. Service can be a little delayed during busy times. Overall, pretty good value for money eats.

This was the best visit we have had in a long time. The food was superb. It tasted fantastic. We are weekly visitors but this weeks food was by far outstanding.
