OKAMI - Caulfield

First time at Okami. Food was delicious and awesome service!!

OKAMI was busy for Friday night. Service was slightly slower then normal

Food was great as usual even with the restaurant being full.

Awesome service, family friendly and cheap. We will return again 👍

Was put on the door, my feet were cramped and the chairs uncomfortable. , My son also got a bad back. The noise was intolerable and didn’t enjoy myself

The food was fantastic, as usual, but they cannot seem to handle large groups well, many dishes were not brought out, so had to order multiple times. We were celebrating two birthdays, and when the cake was brought out, we were not given plates, spoons or a knife to cut the cake. We ended up having to ask multiple times.

Food quality, price & service excellent... It was noisy but that's only because the restaurant was packed full & people were enjoying themselves! There wasn't a spare seat anywhere...lots of people waiting but we didn't have to wait at all as we had a booking. I do reccomend making a booking!

Can get a little noisy and take a little bit to get your food, but what arrives will be delicious and well worth the wait.

The food was lovely and the service good. However, disappointing that for a group of 7 people we were not able to split the bill. Made it very awkward at the end of a nice evening.

It was ok. I do enjoy when they don’t leave the rice in the fridge and it becomes room temperature. It is much nice to eat when it’s not ice cold

This was the most horrendous experience. There were two tables of loud teenagers and they were yelling and carrying on as loud as they possibly could. We were there for a birthday and we could not hear each other speak. When we asked the manager to ask the other diners to keep it down, we were told that they could not ask them as this is a public place. I informed management that there is such a thing as ‘public nuisance’ we were then only offered small servings and when we would ask for more than 3 servings, as we were a party of 6, the waiter would insist on saying. I to us. We have never experienced such terrible customer service and the most disturbing dining experience we have ever encountered. We will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone.

We have a fantastic dinner at Christmas eve and highly recommend the beef.

Great experience at Okami Caulfield. We were in the smaller area. It was very noisy because of our neighbours. It a good night. The food was prompt and delicious.

Been here a few times and each time has been great. The food quality and pricing is worth it.

Food and service was great as always, however it's extremely loud inside, and we had to wait in line outside for about 15min despite having a booking

Okami easily accommodated our large group. Food was brought out at a steady pace. We were having such a good time they had to remind us to vacate for the next sitting!

Another great visit! Kitchen was very accomodating by giving us steam vege with no salt for our baby to munch on.

Amazing food hands down everytime. But its difficult to order food and service. Seems a bit squashed so maybe the staff to table ratio can be improved on.

Great food, well priced and the service started slowly then got better over time.

I absolutely love coming to this resturant but last friday night was shocking. We waited 35 minutes to get a dish as we always get the eat all you can. Larger tables were constantly getting food. Eventually after an hour & half we left hungry because it just taking way to long. So dissapointing

Food is excellent. We enjoyed our meal. We will be back.

Usually quick service, good quality food, reasonable prices (although prices jumped from last year quite a bit, still ok, but will start being competition with higher end restaurants if they increase again at the same rate)

Like always all perfect and great atmosphere highly recommend !
