Great food, excellent way to celebrate Brad’s 40 th birthday! Kids and grown ups alike had a wonderful time!

The food was really good but the service was not very good. It was hard to get a waiters attention when we needed it and the empty dishes were not cleared away from our table.

the service and food were great for what it is, I think its overpriced- should be around $30 per adult

Food was great. Restaurant was under staffed. A waiter was very rude was ignoring our table. I explained this to the manager and she was very helpful and understanding and spoke to the waiter.

For a restaurant that usually has a line, I thought OKami would blow my mind. Food was ordinary at best. Service wasn’t much better. Next time I’ll be driving past.

Friendly, efficient, attentive staff. Excellent food, fresh and tasty. A wonderful birthday treat for my husband as 'Happy Birthday' was sung during the delivery of the cake for dessert. Thank you!

Business was not that busy, there were plenty of empty tables but the wait staff decided to sit 8 people in a 6 seated table which is totally unacceptable. After much pushback did the wait staff finally swap us to a 8 seated table for 8 people. From thereon, we just wanted to eat and get out because of that particular wait staff. The other wait staff were amazing at serving.

Always a great place to dine and catch up with family and friends. Food is always excellent.

We’ve been here 5 times, and it has always been flat out busy (full). This time it was less than half full. The staff was different and the service was very efficient. Previously, first drinks would take 15-20 mins, and the first plate of food 30 or so. This time, drinks within 2 minutes and first plate in 5. The restaurant has been redecorated and the lighting is brighter. The food is as previous visits, although I had to google if chicken yakitori is served hot or cold as ours was cold - the answer is either. I took hard to impress people, expecting a fun night even if the food wasn’t great, but it lacked atmosphere. Again, the service was prompt, the food was good and it is great value for money.

Have dined at numerous Okami restaurants, and this particular one was the best as far as food quality goes. Ten out of ten

Food was fabulous, as usual. But the service tonight was noticeably lacking. Very slow and had to chase both food and drinks several times. It was really disappointing because we normally have a good experience here

It was a good experience, worth the price for “ALL YOU CAN EAT”.

The staff were very rude, rolling their eyes when we asked for a plate to be cleared. They brought out an extra sushi plate that we didn’t order and then told us we’d be charged if there was any food left over.

Staff were less attentive and the food was less flavorful than Niddrie Restaurant. Staff were lovely and I understand it was busy, but if it was our first experience at Okami, we don’t think we’d return, not to the Brunswick venue.

Food was amazing , but try to avoid peak times if you want to get your food without waiting up to 30-40 minutes

Great experience, awesome tucker. Very busy, so cool atmosphere. Only one observation from us is that the floor team are working on sections rather than cross crossing over, if they have set tables then they will know where their guests are up to and what they need. All in all though, super and we will definitely back. Booze prices were on point. Thanks!

Food was really good and I love the drinks especially the Japanese sake. Atmosphere was great. We had wait for the food bit longer but we were very satisfied with everything we ordered. We will visit soon.

We thought we would try Brunswick Okami for a change. The food was good but it took forever to get our food and some food didn’t even come out, then we were still waiting 39 min for food to come out and they told us it was last chance to order and that food finally came out in the last 5 minutes and we had to quickly rush our food and leave . It was a disappointing.
