Tonight the food was rather slow. We waited a long time to be served. Most of our meals were cold when they came out and we didn’t receive our miso soups (that had been ordered at the start) until half way through our sitting. Considering it was Australia Day and they were quite busy, I understand it would have been hard to manage. This is our first bad experience and will definitely be giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Have been a lot of times. Food always great. Lots of little portions so not to waste food

Despite the 7.45pm booking, we were seated 8.10pm. Tables had not been cleared and there were at least 15 people waiting outside the restaurant to be seated. They also had booked. Desoire all this, tbe food was still good.

Really excellent food and service. Would definitely recommend going soon.

It was our first time at the Brunswick Okami, when we arrived a few minutes before our reservation the restaurant and street front was overcrowded with customers waiting for their table. There were many dirty tables that weren’t being attended to while everyone was waiting. It took the waiter 15 minutes to even attend to us. We also had to wait half an hour for our food and it was freezing in the restaurant. Staff were not friendly at all.

Great food and lovely hosts- will definitely go back again.

The restaurant itself was chic urban with Japanese pieces wonderful. Being seated for us was very quick that would be due to booking for the 1st session and sit down was on opening time. Ordering was simple. Very fast at bring out meals. Small dinning room making it crappie. The system of ordering needs more improving, few staff on the floor taking orders but would see alot more runners little annoying. Overall it's still a good place to eat

Awsome food They just need to add special sauces with few dishes like shrimps, dumpling, tempuras....

Different experience for buffet-style but ordered from menu. Food was fast to come & freshly made. Although there’s a limit on ice cream.
