Have been here a few times already but the Food are a bit too salty tonight. Have been trying to find a waitress for ordering food but waited at least 10 mins before someone could see us. seems not enough staff tonight

Service was really bad, food wasn’t fresh and very long waiting time for food and drinks. Not recommend.

We have dinner on 15th Aug 7:45pm,poor service，the food was too salted (compared with the Mawson brunch),the squid salads had hair inside,the asian girls staff(was so rude )said the was the black fungus slice.we also worked as chefs,this slice definitely is “hair”.this asian girls served us also so black face.we when she cleaned up the the plate ,she dropped the rubbish on my phone and my shirt,then she looks like annoying to said sorry and rushed them to go.we not coming back anymore,and not recognise anyone come and eat this not worth restaurant.we better going to Okami Mawson (the service and the Food was amazing ).

It was very busy so there was a slight delay in food getting to the table. There was a dish that was missed and ended up arriving much later

Great food, sake and customer service. Only change I would want is the speed of delivery of sushi and sashimi Platter and the return to order more food.

Very short staffed so we had to wait a long time for service and food but still got kicked out at 7pm if you say dine at 530 to 7pm but don't get served till 6 and are waiting for food for another 30 min but then get told at 650 taking last orders when your still waiting for your food and drinks.

Reminds me of cheap izakaya in Japan. The stuffs were busy but very friendly

This is the ultimate dining experience. I celebrated my birthday there. You can literally order anything you want, ans as much as you want, and it's all freshly made for you. You walk out of there feeling full and satisfied, and you don't break the bank. You have to try this place.

We requested for an outdoor table - while this wasn't set up prior, the staff did set it up for us eventually. However, as we were the only outdoor table, we had to keep checking in with the staff inside to place additional orders or request for service.

Food was delicious and came fast! Service was great. overall experience was just what we needed. Long time Okami customer, didn't disappoint.

I expected sushi is nice but the taste is so so. Japanese food famous with yummy ramen soup, unfortunately only 1 udon soup in the menu.

Good spot for large groups and family get-togethers. Food is always good; service can do with some improvement.

Food was good, as we expected from our previous experience at another Okami branch. We were seated outside and therefore had issues trying to get the staff’s attention, and the desserts took a LONG while to get to us. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful (when they were there). Would recommend a visit, especially if you’re a buffet fan and not in a rush to go anywhere!

First time visit and very satisfied with the dishes and service, the only concern was that it took around 30 minutes for my first order to arrived and then all the orders dishes come nearly at the same time. Definitely will come back with the gang
