Okami - Bendigo

Food was good did have to wait awhile to get served but otherwise it was good.

Plenty of good quality food.Will return again very soon with other friends.

Food was great. Unfortunately it was not nice to witness manager yelling and being rude to the wait staff on several occasions during our visit. This made it very uncomfortable.

We will definitely be accessing Okami each time we go to Bendigo

Despite being a busy Saturday night, both the service and the food did not disappoint. Quality did not drop from the first experience I had at a chilled Sunday lunch mid last year. All flavours of the dishes were amazing and super quick food service from initial order to arrival at the table meant most of the food was still sizzling hot when arriving. Just a great quality visit all round! Well done to all!

Efficient and friendly service by the wait staff. All were friendly and obliging to all our requests. The food was delicious and came out promptly after having ordered. Would definitely recommend Okami Bendigo to my friends! 😀

We love the food at Okami and the all you can eat style. Ordering more of anything you like etc. Some of our orders were missed and some went to the table next to us by mistake. We did wait a bit longer to have these issue fixed. Still happy to go back again.

Great opportunity to try Japanese cuisine. Service was speedy. Food was very tasty. More dessert options would be great.

Probably the worst Japanese food I’ve ever had. The first dish that arrived wasn’t ordered. The tempura was shocking; oily and limp from possibly being deep fried twice and hanging around under a heat lamp way too long. The best dish I had was the steamed rice, which really sums up the dining experience. I now understand this is an ‘all you can eat’ restaurant. Something I wasn’t really aware of at the time of booking. As such, the price was very resonable and a reason I wouldn’t completely slam this restaurant in a review. Would I be a returning customer? I don’t think so; there is only so much MSG one can consume in one sitting.

Absolutely beautiful experience whilst catching up with old friends ! Service was amazing , the environment was clean and neat and calm . The wait for food was non-existent they were so quick and everything came out hot and tasted amazing just as it should . Love love love ! Great value for money especially with how much we ate between the 3 of us! Warm inside but not overly hot as it had already frozen outdoors .

The food at Okami was just to die for. Unfortunately, there were couple of dishes that we’ve ordered but never arrived - we did alert a waiter that we were waiting for them for a while and only of them came out… We had to leave as we were there for a while but other than that, the service was amazing

We always love Okami, but the seats and table were dirty. Suggest they be cleaned before seating patrons.
