The food was amazing! If you like big meals make sure you order a lot. Sizes are small.

They took forever and forgot few things we order hard to get attention from wait staff to order food

Have been to this restaurant 3 times now. First 2 times were grand, this time wasn't as. Forgot a bunch of our orders, had to re order a few times, service was very slow. What a big gap between ordering.

This was the 3rd time I have been to this restaurant and I will definitely be going back. The staff are friendly and the service is great. If you love Japanese food, I highly recommend this place for a great dinning experience.

Okami is quick, crowded and serve delicious foods. We haven't order all you can eat before so this is our first experience but unfortunately the man looks like impatient and getting intense when he has to explained about the all you can eat rules. It's used to be friendly service but not sure now.

There was only one person taking orders with all the other staff serving the food. Everyone on our table did not get the chance to order the first time as the waiter was too busy and he said he had another table he had to take orders for. It was very hard to order food with only one person taking orders. We had to wait for ages before we could order ice cream for the kids. Food was also bought to our table that we did not order. We were charged for a beer that we did not order however we did not see this until we got home.

That food was fairly good but service for me on the night was a bit off as myself and my fellow guests we're ordering food but we're not getting them as quickly as others around us.

This was awesome. Great food. Great service and the dishes came out so fast. Would definitely come back again. Given the amount of people all entering at the same time and ordering at the same time, the service is amazing. Well done!

We found that the wait staff we totally confused with the ordering and where the tables were. We did not get the right food, it was given to the table next to us. We ordered but the food still was taking a long time. As for the head waiter, he was rude and found excuses for all our requests. We asked if we could pay cash and the rest on card, he said no and made us wait in line while he served everyone else. We felt so humiliated, we just wanted to pay!! We won’t unfortunately, be back to the Bendigo restaurant, but will go back to the Geelong one as it was top service and excellent food. The couple that sat next to us, just gave up waiting for some of their meals and were also disappointed. Overall we rate our experience a fail 😠

We loved our 1st dining experience there, we will definitely go back for sure. Staff were very friendly, accommodating to our special needs daughters needs and food was fresh and come out in great timings. added bonus our fussy son ate food he wouldn't normally eat or try!! Look forward to going there again soon. Thanks Nikki
