I loved the all of the dishes - delicious! Eggplant was cooked to perfection.

The service at Okami Albury was super fast and the waitress was so very helpful. Please congratulate the staff for Saturday03 August 2024. The food was brought out incredibly quickly. The staff allowed my partner and I to chat at our table past the time where all the dinners had departed our section of the restaurant. We were chatting and not taking notice. Again my appreciation to Okami Albury. Fantastic experience. We would definitely do it again and again .....

Great meal with plenty of variety. Service was pleasant and prompt.

Food was nice. However we seem to have been forgotten and were waiting 20 mins for most of our first order. Other tables who came in after us had their food before us even tho we had ordered. We had to ask where was the rest of our first order when the staff came to take a second order. The staff were helpful and the food then came out quick after that.

Good service and great variety of food. All fresh and quickly delivered.

Great job, Okami. We had a big group of 14 people and everyone found something that they wanted. The food and service was great, but not splitting bills was slightly annoying.

We were seated near a table with a few noisy kids, but it was as lovely as always. But I scratched $3 off the dining Easter ticket & forgot to say about it when we paid. ☹️

Good selection of food. A few items we ordered were missed and had to be reordered a couple of times before being brought out. Some serving staff need a bit of training on customer service, they did not look very happy to be working. Portion sizes need to be looked at for larger groups. All you can eat prices are only worth it if you are super hungry as what we ate was definatly not worth the amount that we paid.

Sake with the food really enhances the flavours of the meals

Service was slow, waited a good 30min for a sushi/sashimi platter even after asking 3 times! Portions were smaller too. We’ve been quite a few times before and it’s always been great, this night the service was a let down. Food is always great.

The all you can eat option on a Sunday is fantastic. The food and service are outstanding

Service was very quick and we loved the food. Very happy. The only thing that could be improved would be more cashiers taking payments at the end. As everyone is finishing their allocated session at around the same time, there was a big line up.

We love Japanese food but this place was a disappointment. Underwhelming quality food beef teriyaki really tough. A couple of staff were abrupt and looked like they were over their job or possibly just not hospitality trained. We did not realise this was All You Can Eat style of restaurant which explains you get what you pay for.

Exceptional promptness of the food delivery. Waiting staff were always bright and helpful. The seating arrangement was a little pokey although the restaurant looked amazing, and it was a busy night, therefor noisy. I totally loved the food - having a few people meant we could share the dishes and treat ourselves to many tastes. I did not leave hungry.

Food and service is amazing. And the staff were very accommodating to a last minute change to our booking. Highly recommend

Great service for orders. But empty plates were not cleared even when left on the outside of the table. Glasses wr were not cleared and had to ask for more drinks. Food came out fast, but bit one dish at a time. Also some dishes were missed. We had to tell the wait staff. Lots of staff and about 3 or more serving us. Would be better with a dedicated server.

We enjoyed our family meal, we felt very full and satisfied
