Staff were friendly and service was very quick. Food was AMAZING.

Not all the food we ordered arrived nor did our second round of drinks plus the alarm meant we couldn’t have a conversation and enjoy our meals. Unlikely to come again

Extremely disappointed tonight. Staff made no effort to serve us and after trying to QR code our order, which failed, the smoke alarm went off and did not turn off. It went off for twenty minutes or more and we were forced to leave with many others - as we couldn’t sit through the eat piercing sound any longer.

We really enjoyed the aburi nigiri patter, sushi & sashimi platter and the beef carpaccio. The food came very quickly and our servers were lovely.

I placed our second order via the QR code which I messed up cause i forgot to press check out, however when i did the order still didn't make it to the kitchen then I ordered through the waiter and then eventually the order must of went though as we began getting doubles.

Go for quality over quantity when dining here. You can really savour what you are eating and enjoy the experience.

Enjoyable venue to eat as much as we wanted. There was confusion with our orders which ended up double platters and drinks. Waiters need to be aware as this was a waste of food and drinks.

Our friends entrees were served and eaten before ours were served our friends did not not receive the vegetables as part of their main order and ended up cancelling this Again our order was late arriving and was not not hot we were disappointed because our first visit to your restaurant was very good

Food is exceptional. Something for everyone. Service is great, especially the 1 friendly lady that always remembers us. Food comes out fast. Hardly a minute without food on the table after the 1st plate hits. Always busy! Noise is ok considering the volume of people. 2 things to note, the occasional dish gets missed,but quickly corrected. Decor could use a touch up/maintenance.

The food was very nice. The layout of the restaurant is not so good. We were a couple and we were placed at a table very close to another couple. It was far too close and we felt like we had to whisper. So did the other couple. This made our experience quite uncomfortable.

We always enjoy going to Okami , food is delicious but the service - of the young ones there is getting bad. Anne the manager is amazing but the young girls that bring the food , just throw it on the table. Give a rude expression and bad demeanor. They need to get rid of their attitudes and greet customers when they come in or ask for food.

The meal was very good, everything was fresh and our food came out very quickly

The fried rice would have to be the best I ever had , My wife is a good cook and it was better than hers .

Dinner for three all we can eat was very nice l didn't know octopus had balls but that's what l eat was very good all the food and stuff wonderful meals keeps coming very clean .cost 127 with drinks.

The food was fresh and tasty. The food was brought out to the table really quickly and empty dishes cleared to make room Service was lovely by the staff and happy to explain what to do if it was the first time there which it was for us.

Great service staff are quite but helpful when needed so it creates a calming environment to relax and enjoy.

It was a good experience. Food came out fast and ordering was easy. My only real concern is some of the dishes came out cold when they should have been hot/warm which was abit unpleasant.
