Fantastic food and service, this is one of the best places in Melbourne. We always look forward to going back. The flavours in the food are truely mouthwatering and the beer and wine selections are always very good too.

Delicious food, perfect to share. Staff willing to help when there was a problem with the ordering.

We had delicious food, (highly recommend the slow cooked lamb and Moroccan mess for dessert). We shared several meals and that way you get to taste much more of the menu. A lovely atmosphere and the friendliest staff!

Heard a lot of good things about this place so decided to give it a go. Absolutely amazing food in a fantastic location, staff was very attentive! Will be back!

We booked through Quandoo and arrived a bit early and shown to our table . We had a tasty meal for a reasonable price and would go back when we get the chance .

It was a nice experience with prompt service. THE food was really good and we will be definitely back at this place to try the rest of the menu.

Fab location, easy to get to by public transport and car with gorgeous beach view. Staff were very attentive and food is wonderful. Recommend a visit for sure.

I came as a group of 8. Food was good, atmosphere was quite good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was nice to be able to actually here other in a big group.

We had a Birthday party. We were in a big group and there was a little trouble with ordering, service was great, food was beautiful and we had a wonderful night. We all had such a good night. Thank you Mr Lawrence and we hope to see you again soon.

Hi there, you guys were not busy today when we dined with you, we asked for our meals to come out together, but I had mine a full 10 minutes before my Partner did very dissapointing, Also I think Salt and Pepper should be offered if you are not going to put them on the table. We did both enjoy our meals just would have been nice to eat at the same time.

It has a nice vibe, industrial look. They were very busy and did forget one of our orders but overall the staff were really friendly and the food was good

Authentic food with wide variety to choose from. Very generous portions of lip smacking awesomeness. I had the pulled pork and lamb shoulder, they were simply amazing. Plenty of tap beers to choose from. Food Price is well set, the view is amazing esp in summer and very courteous service staff. Definitely coming back to further explore other delicacies.

We chose to share 3 main dishes and the food was delicious! However the service over the lunch period was slow and after finishing our mains we didn't see a waiter for 30 minutes as we tried to order desserts. Food scores 5 Service scores 3

Metered parking required coins only - bar staff refused to help. However our waiter resolved the problem. Numerous drink orders were incorrect and main food servings were a little on the small side. Waiter couldn't have been more helpful - he saved the evening - otherwise may not have stayed.

The ambiance and view is amazing, the menu simple to understand and the ordering quick. Food arrived quickly and was very good, there was not a disappointing dish! however the service of our table was a bit of a let down, not enough to stop us coming back, but a glitch in a perfect evening

Amazing food! Expect Turkish/Middle Eastern/Greek inspired food. Good service. Relaxed atmosphere. Make sure to make a reservation. You can probably get away with no reservations if you're just a couple of people on a weeknight.

Been there many times... the food and service is always great with casual atmoshphere. Would suggest to come here as a big group in the day or night.

We love Mr Lawrence at the London, and we're lucky to live locally. The food is very authentic and reminds us of holidays in Turkey! We love the specials board, and there's always something new to try - and it's always great! Would recommend this is a good place for an informal meal.

We enjoyed a great family dinner together at Mr Lawrence recently. There's a great range on the menu with added daily specials to choose from. Service was quick and very attentive (a bit overly so at times). Loved the cauliflower fritters and pizza the best.

Was a last minute decision on a Friday night and found this gem. Great atmosphere, food and friendly staffs. Will definitely return again.

The atmosphere is good, the food and wine was great, one waitress was very friendly and helpful the other had a couldn't care less attitude. When I'm trying to bring my work collegues to a new venue which was great last week, I need upbeat service with a happiness attitude, so I can bring them back. Thanks

Incredible food, service a little slow but the food was so good it didn't matter!!! Falafel, meatballs squid, lamb shoulder was THE best. Interesting cheesecake!

Great food, friendly service. I wondered, though, why we couldn't book an outside table and had to hope that one was free, given we did have a reservation. But - a small point in an overwhelming pleasant experience. We'll be back!

Waiter was a bit over the top. Too bad at socialising with us instead of listening to our orders. Meals were incorrect & some didn't arrive. He was apologetic & they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine!!!

Great food & wine served by friendly staff in a wonderful and exotic environment. Particularly loved the open fire as it was a cold, wet evening. Didn't feel like leaving.

Found the food bland.Had expected more of a middle east experience... And were freezing everytime the door was opened. Staff were pleasant and service good

6 th visit and it is still fantastic. Busy night but lots of staff on so we did not have to wait too long. Drinks came out promptly followed by shared plates . Back again next week!!!!

Mr Lawrence is always a great night the atmosphere, the buzz, great service and the food is superb just when you think that's it with a good meal the temptation to eat their amazing desserts is just too much to deny.

As always, we go to Mr Lawrence on a Monday evening. Always busy, but the service is always great - meals come fairly quickly and staff are friendly.

Great restaurant. Friendly service and wonderful food variety. Also convenient and a bonus for us as the meat is Halal. The port side view is great too!

Fantastic food, simple clean venue, pleased to be in the quieter room with air-con as the main bar and dining room was very noisy and hot. Didn't get any useful advice when selecting our wine, but very happy with the selection and pricing. Food was delicious and filling.

A busy Saturday night - friendly ambiance and enough space not to feel too crowded. Interesting menu with plenty of new tastes to try. Recommend sharing plates of different goodies rather than going for individual starters/mains.

As always we had a pleasant visit with lovely food at Mr Lawrence. Friendly waiter again. Monday cheap pizza night a favourite with all of us.

As always the Best meal ever, great service, views, atmosphere, we just love going there for dinner when we are in Melbourne, highly recommend this place.
