Incredibly disappointing meal. 5/5 people in our party said it was substandard. My tacos were fish and chicken and could hardly find fish. Full of red onion. Sangria was mulled wine not Sangria.

Poor service, on several occasions we waited 20 mins plus for our drinks...no water provided for the table...food average

After recently returning from Mexico I can say the food here was not the fresh well cooked food you get in Mexico. Here it was poorly cooked and at best food court or frozen meal slop. Service was fine and we had a good night but food was average at best.

Chicken in the enchaladas was Burnt, we eat here for our birthdays thats our special outing 6 times a year unfortunately we will be finding a new restaurant, the wait staff were great, we also waited over an hour for entree and it was only dips an then a further 40 mins for our terrible mains

Poor service, our booking wasn’t in their register, the Nachos came without side plates or napkins. Food was ok. Very pricey for very poor table service.

First time to montezumas. Will not be returning. The food was burnt, boring and had no flavour. Very disappointing for the price. The montezumas special is covered in raw broccoli, cauliflower, carrot and cabbage. Very odd and ruined the dish. The enchiladas were burnt, the rice was burnt and hard that it was almost inedible.

We enjoy our time at montezumas good value and return often

It took a very long time to be served and then one meal was wrong. By the time my correct meal came my husband had finished his. The new meal was ok but I didn’t enjoy due to the bad service so probably won’t be visiting again.

We always love going back to Montezuma's. I don't live in the area anymore so it's not as often as we use to go but it's a nice place to go on a special occasion.
