the food was average at best and compared to other mexican restaurants i have visited, the quality of the food needs attention. The service from staff was great and they made sure we were attended to and our needs met. the atmosphere was great and the night we were there it wasnt too full.

Slow service, had to queue 15-20min everytime you wanted a drink. Food was average. Plates came out too hot and it was too loud to hear the waitress telling us to watch the plates and my husband badly burnt his hand and spend the night with his hand in ice water. It was a small child's plate that he burnt it on it. When we complained that they served a 4yrs old plate straight from the oven they literally couldn't care less. So much for family friendly.

Food was good as usual but dreadful service. Only 2 people working, took 30 minutes to take order (and only because we asked because they were serving people who came in after us). Order then came out 20 minutes later incorrect (not the first time, I haven’t had it come out correctly once).

We dine at Montezuma frequently and always love the food. This time my wife’s beans were dry and didn’t eat them. We mentioned this to the waitress but made her chuckle? I suppose you have to expect a bad one every now and then 🥴

We always enjoy our nights out at Montezumma's Always go at an early hour to ensure it is not too noisy. This time though, everyone else must have thought the same :) Great service, great food.

It was a lovely setting and we thoroughly enjoyed the dishes there, It seems popular as there were a lot of people there so noisy but we still had fun.

I reserved a table but the waitress pointed to a table and said you can sit there or there (a booth), she didn't guide us to a table. My partner and I chose a table rather than the booth pointed out. The table was wobbly (had to lean on it to keep our drinks from spilling). Our menus were dumped on the table and the waitress said she'll be back to take our order. No one came back, I had to wave down a waitress. The food was good, but when I said I was a member, when paying for the meals, I was told ok and service ended there. Staff was rather rude and lacked customer service.

Hands down our favourite restaurant to have dinner at! Beef Combination dinner, means you get a bit of everything. Washed down with a Corona! Yum!
