Reminded us of pleasant eating out experiences we have had in South America. Colourful decor, polite and friendly staff Thank you we had a nice meal.

Really friendly staff and fast service. Great taste and good portion sizes! Had the full size of pulled pork nachos and lots of gf options to choose from!

Had the best enchiladas at this place! Already excited to go back

Another great visit to Montezumas. It’s always the place we choose to celebrate a birthday. Today was no exception. Great service (on all fronts), with the food tasting excellent.

The food was excellent as usual and the service was very good and we didn’t have to wait long for our meal. Have been going to Montezumas for a long time now and still does not dissappoint.

Great experience, tasty food, even had Mexican hats that our table wore. I like the authenticity of the food, with their great range. Would go back for sure.

Food was delicious. Salads were fresh. Staff were friendly and had good knowledge of the menu. Portion sizes were very generous. Good value for money.

Always good friendly service. Really great vibe and decorations appropriate for a Mexican restaurant. Presents and serves consistently delicious food at great prices. Alcohol licence is a bonus.

waitress said sour cream doesn't come with burrito, I said the menu says it does, she said oh yes, it does, then she said would you like that sour cream as a side serving? I said does that cost extra she said yes, I said no just the standard sour cream serving that comes with the meal. Why would I pay extra for sour cream that is included in the meal???? then they served the meal without any sour cream at all, unbelievable. So I asked her for some sour cream, she said ill bring some. she never came back, so I asked the bloke for sour cream and he brought me some. Unbelievable, I wish Parramatta restaurant never closed, I wont be back, steve

The service at Montezuma's Crows Nest is exceptional. The wait staff go above and beyond and have a fabulous enthusiasm for their work and the customers' enjoyment of their meal.

I’ve previously eaten at a Monetzuma’s restaurant in QLD and was keen to try Montezuma’s at Crow’s Nest. Both the food and service exceeded my expectations. Despite being exceptionally busy the service was quick and well attended. The food was just delicious although we got a bit excited and ordered too much. Highly recommend the chicken nachos, taquitos and the beef fajitas!

Very yummy food, great cocktails/sangria. Service was a little slower than usual due to a very busy saturday night. All in all very pleased. Will be back again soon!

Service was appalling. Food not special. We brought an ice cream cake for a birthday, asked for it to go into a freezer, only to find that this was not done and the cake was melted in parts. Thankfully they didn’t charge us the “cakeage” charge of $2pp ...which would have been strange given that we had to ask for a knife and cut it ourselves!

Food was great but service was a bit slow and we didn't get a couple extra drinks that were ordered. The restaurant was about half full so I suspect it was due to being short staffed rather than super busy.

Easy location to find, just opposite Woolworths and parking is no problem. Good food, great selection for vegetarians and vegans. Restaurant was a bit uncomfortable as it was a hot evening - don't think air con worked well.

Great & fast service. The waiter easily explained the vegan options & was very friendly. Even though they were very busy that night, their service was 10/10!

Great atmosphere and delicious food, as always. Our party of 10 people had a great evening. Those new to Montezuma's were very pleasantly surprised. We will be back!

Love the Mexican food here! Not as spicy as I like but that’s easily done with the extra habanero sauce. Service was just a little slow and not as attentive as we would like. Had to asked for water and another round of drinks ourselves versus the waitstaff coming to ask if we needed anything. Overall food is good and will be back again soon!

Standard and quality of the food & sangria wasn't as good as previous meals and I've eaten there a lot over the last 20 years. Was disappointed.

Great night out with lovely food. Was a little more expensive than I would have thought, but enjoyable. Nice atmosphere and the customer service was fantastic. Would recommend for dinner.

Fast and friendly service, good food and plenty of it. Main courses were more than enough. Glad we didn't order entree and/or desserts. Will be back

We have been going to Montezuma's for years now and keep returning for those little celebrations with friends and family. The staff are always friendly and the food is always fantastic.

Food was awesome! One of the waitresses, the younger one ( blond) looked very sad-she didn’t look happy to see the customers. No smiling when serving dishes either. Maybe she requires more training in hospitality. The other dark haired waitress was very good and extremely helpful.

Friendly service. Good party/family atmosphere. Food was simple but tasty enough. But experience was a bit too expensive for type of food etc. $8 for a Corona is too much. Should be BYO

Great food and appreciate the vegetarian menu, too. Busy on a Saturday evening, and so a little slow getting beverage service, but overall a fun atmosphere and consistently good.

Food and service was good and they have a great surprise if you are having a birthday. Only issue is they never give you enough chips with the dips, we asked for some more and then was charged for them.

Very quick service and good value for money. They do a good job of looking after kids. Our 5-year-old had pencils and colouring in puzzles. He had a great time.

Easy to book online. Atmosphere was good. Food came out quickly and was very nice. The wait staff were friendly and efficient. Only negative is the parking, but that is not the testuarant's fault. Would definitely go back.

Tonight I received the most fabulous service from a girl named Anna. She was beautiful, kind, attentive, but not over attentive. I tried to give her a tip but she said it had to go in the jar to be shared. I really wanted her to have that money for making me feel so farm and fuzzy

Mains and drinks were very good. Desserts disappointing - avoid and have entrees. Service was friendly if a little slow. Overall good though and fun. Well themed.

The place is getting better any time i go there. Looks like theyre investing in staff training - they are helpful with the recommendations. Also the back of the restaurant is more spacious so it does give better vibe.

Cocktails are great, food is average, but good value for the money. Too noisy for my taste and there is kinda lack of personal space.

always consistently good times here. Montezuma's is y family's favorite Mexican restaurant in Sydney. Banquets for bigger groups are good value & choices are many.

Another great evening at Montezuma's! We hosted friends from Adelaide and they were very impressed by the service,atmosphere and quality of the food. We'll all be back !

Food was good except kids meal - very very dry and inedible. music was a little loud from speaker overhead. service although friendly was a little disorganised friendly and good atmosphere.

The service is not what it used to be. We waited for 20 minutes between entree and our main courses. We ordered a meal to come out with the entree for our son which did not. It was not until I raised this with a staff member that this meal was rushed out. The food presentation and taste is also not at the level it once was.

Food was fantastic! Service pretty good. Loved the music and atmosphere. We found it a little difficult to have a table discussion because of the volume of the music though.

Montezumas always serve great food and don't forget to watch out for the hot plates. The chairs are still uncomfortable but as I said the food is the reason you go there

The food was good, but my friend and I waited 45 minutes for 2 nachos, had to ask to make sure it was still coming. Drinks order was messed up, the bill never arrived so when we went to pay the waitress had to ask if there was anything missing from our bill (which there was). The place is nice but service is very poor and the waiting time was ridiculous.

Poor service. Everything took to long and was not served together. It was hard to even get drinks. Food would be delivered for half the group and everyone else just had to wait. Nachos was ordered with guacomole. Had to request it again and then wait. It was then served automatically with next meal. It was just very disorganised. Wont be going again. Drinks once finallt requested were well made.
