Wasn't as good as I thought it would be. The mega shake was nothing like the face book pictures :( over all it was ok

Food and drinks are amazing. Pictures are exactly what you get served also. Service from who served us was a little poor but everyone else seemed great

Little uncomfortable having a large party in a booth, but better then sitting on stools. Burgers were fantastic and the staff made it super enjoyable.

Service extremely slow. Inattentive waitresses, stood waiting to be seated for ages and our order was forgotten. Not very impressed. Atmosphere was pumping and designs were great.

Terrific food and drinks. The atmosphere was also terrific. Well worth the visit. :)

We waited about five minutes to get seated, dirty knife in the cutlery holder with food, asked for new cutlery took ages got our own.

It was different! It had a nice set up and look to it and the logo definitely stands out but burger lacked flavour and wasn’t that good. I’ve had better for cheaper price

Great music and great food, the cocktails are amazing and the food was exactly what there social media makes you expect lavish and ober the top.

It was very very crowded, lucky we had a booking because there was a big queue. The service was a little slow but the food was really good. There was a DJ and it’s got a young atmosphere

Good stuff, loaded fries are bomb, tables & chairs were messy but still! Best milkshake is the honeycomb one, and the Mac and cheese croquettes omfg 😍

Food was just OK and paid 60 dollars for a cocktail that was 3 quarters full of ice and just tasted like soda water with nothing else mixed with it. Worst cocktail I've ever tasted.

Very noisey , burger patties under cooked , raw in middle . Milkshakes nice Overall a little over priced . Prob a great place for younger people.

Good food and drinks will be back again with friends

I love this place my fave music, amazing food and drinks however make sure you book a table as it gets crazy busy because it’s so popular!

The food was great! However, the service was horrible!! They need more than 1 staff member running the floor / taking orders / taking payments. Was over 40mins before we could finally order food once seated.

It was absolutely delicious, the whole fam loved every bit of food shared, and will definitely be coming back ! To taste more xo xo

Food and drinks were delicious! Music is awesome! Table service however, was less than to be desired. After being seated it took the wait staff about 20 minutes to come over and take our order, this was after we had flagged someone down to do so. We had actually gone up to the counter to order at one point because we thought there may not have been table service. No one had offered us any water or such. We ordered finally and shortly after our food came. No drinks with it (not even water). Only after we flagged down another person did we actually get some water. We were three quarters of the way through our meals when the beer tower two of my friends ordered came. No sign of our cocktail bowl though. When we flagged down the girl who took our order to see where our fishbowl was, she advised that the bar was behind. She left and came back again to let us know that due to the wait she’s take one burger off our tab which was great. Finally after waiting another probably 20 minutes our fishbowl came! It was delicious. It’s a shame the front of house service is lacking, because the food was amazing!

Great atmosphere great food friendly staff. Only issue I had was the lack of split bills 7 of us attended and would only split our bill 4 times

Went there last night. It was really good. Great service! A bit pricey but the food was really good. Would go there again :) :)

We unfortunately waited an hour for our booked table however staff handled everything well considering how busy they were, will definitely be going back to try again

We waited 45 minutes just to be served when there was hardly any customers around. I went up to the bar to see if we had to go up to order but still had to wait an extra 15 minutes after this. We nearly left due to the lack of service. Going to pay they muddled up our order and it took 10 minutes for the service guy to find it manual input our meal.

Milky Lane had great friendly service, good food, wish there were a few more options outside of burgers though but overall a good experience! Thank you!

We were running 30 minuets late for our booking on a Sunday during the lunch rush but staff were very accommodating, excellent service, delicious food and great vibes, we can’t wait to go back.

Heard great things about this burger joint from Bondi, as expected - was amazing - located in the heart of Surfer Paradise, atmosphere was perfect for Sunday afternoon

Both good and bad things about the night took 40 minutes and asking twice to order before had our orders taken. However the food was fantastic and we will be going back again

The service was incredible as soon as we got there we were seated and asked what drinks we wanted then the food came and it was incredibly delicious! ❤️

Great! Was really looking forward to it after seeing on Instagram they do an awesome vegan burger (our daughter is vegan & the venue was her choice) however we were informed they didn’t have it yet, so we just had drinks which were great!

The food was absolutely delicious and it came out really fast, it's reasonably priced for what you get and I would definitely go back again to try more of the food.

Service was quick even if they got my order wrong to start with was corrected promptly , thick shakes are over priced for what they are , burgers were nice without being spectacular , Mac and cheese didn’t have a lot of pasta

All I can say is wow! The food and drinks were so delicious and filling! The decor was absolutely perfect and so different to anything else I've ever seen. Will definitely be back whenever I'm on the coast.

A sick vibe, good food and drinks, and awesome atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to others, the only thing was that one meal for our table was brought out much later then the rest, and there was no apology or explanation as to why. But would still go back.

Nearly always the staff are happy and nice to customers, food is always good and service is always quick! Never fail to disappoint :) :)

Great customer service, waitress was very helpful and friendly. Burgers were good but piece of chicken was to big for the bun so ended up using a knife and fork because you couldn’t eat it as a burger.

Fantastic burgers and desserts. Went between 3 and 5 pm on a Saturday and lacked a bit of a vibe but maybe we were just expecting something different.

Was a really good service and the food was amazing. Don’t recommend it for kids though as it is more of an adult dining place. Can’t forget the music either, if you like old RnB that’s the place to go.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was amazing will definitely be going back. Left feeling very satisfied needed to go for a walk afterwards. 👍🏻

Great food and service! The burger was rreally quite special - I had the chicken one. Sides tasted delicious too - ordered loaded fries and mac & cheese croquettes!

Didn’t know Iike our table so the helpful staff moved us. Shared the cheat platter which was lovely and then got a round of cocktails. That kinder bueno one is a dream

The service was fantastic!!!! The atmosphere was fun and entertaining. Not bad food, I had higher hopes after following the Bondi location. Worth the stop by but expect to pay for service and experience not top of the line food (expect to enjoy the food though).

Atmosphere is is excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Food was really delicious and the cocktails are inventive and well made. Great place to eat.

The burgers were above average with the staff being attentive at the beginning but became less attentive towards the end of service. The soft drinks were heavily iced for $5.
