Long wait even though had reservations, food tastes good but burgers are very small for the price you pay Cocktails are amazing

Food looks fantastic and tastes great too! Reasonably priced also, but the atmosphere didn’t suit us. Just a bit too loud and cramped for our style.

Beautiful food, I thought it would be good but it exceeded my expectations. The service and staff were lovely and made it an enjoyable experience.

Service was good, food was quite nice. We all enjoyed our meals and had a good time. Only let down was that there were no high chairs and unfortunately with a toddler who doesn’t like to sit still at the best of times, makes it quite hard to keep him seated. We will definitely be back.

We Love it here. Food is always good and staff are really welcoming. The share cocktails are crazy good and a must, they are massive and I think we got 10+ glasses out of ours

The service was absolutely incredible, the food and drinks we out of this world, the cheat platter is defineatly my favourite, the speed of the food and drinks service was also really quick considering it was quite busy.

Great burgers and loaded fries,the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was good. We will go back for sure the desert looked amazing so have to try some.

Service was pretty bad.. wouldn’t go back. Atmosphere was good with Dj but place is looking really worn out after such a short amount of time.. staff don’t seem like they really want to be there.

-Burger was tasty but quite greasy. -The croquettes had been cooked too long and we’re almost flavorless. -Salted Caramel thickshake was very good. -Our booth was absolutely filthy, when we arrived they weren’t very busy so no excuses. -Staff were friendly and attentive.

Totally overrated. Meals were way too salty, tasteless and overpriced. Will not be back. However the staff were friendly and helpful. So there is my feedback on the overrated Milky Lane.

Good burgers and the waiter was hot made the experience better, recommended the burgers but probably not the willy wonker shot it was too hectic. Overall good time.

It was terrible would not go back. Staff seemed like that didn’t know the menu at all. They messed up our order several times and forgot to bring us drinks we ordered. The food that did come was so surprisingly small and nothing special considering how overpriced it all was.

Excellent happy staff food was amazing the taste of every dish was excellent and just seeing the mega shake had everyone at the table impressed

Food was delicious. Staff were very good and friendly. Tables were a little small but overall it was a really good place to have a casual catchup with friends.

It was wonderful, food was amazing and service efficient as well as quick. Will definitely be back for more soon, new favourite place at the gold Coast 💪

The atmosphere was funky, the staff were delightful, and the food was delicious. The cheat platter was smaller than you'd expect for $49 so there's not much value for money, but as an experience I would definitely recommend - travelled almost 2 hours to get there and I'd say it was worth it overall

Service was lovely, food came out quick felt like i was taken straight to the USA. I went to milky lane both sunday night and Monday for lunch.

Great food, good vibes and just an all around great experience. Burgers and cocktails are to die for! Staff could be a little bit more attentive to tables as we sat around waiting and trying to wave them down quite a lot, but otherwise would definitely recommend visiting.

We were a table of 6. The customer service was fine, though all but my drink was spilled over the table (and my phone) as they were delivered to the table. But really, the burgers were horrendously small for the price and that's it, you just get the burger for that price, not even a small side of chips, salad or garnish. So expensive for what you get. I'm not comparing this to fast food, but like if you went to a different café even. And to top it off as I wasn't even hungry, I was going to share the burger. I asked for the burger to be cut in half and they said the kitchen refused to do this because of presentation. But, needless to say, I had to laugh when it came out - there was no presentation - it was 'just' a burger, plain and very simple, nothing different about it and it came out in a 'plastic' basket with paper, not even a plate to give it 'some' presentation. Really if a customer asks for that and understands the 'presentation', that you really want to call it, will differ then what is the issue?? And it says on the menu they don't want you to change the burgers because it took them time to perfect - um, I'm not sure what they were perfecting, the flavours were pretty average and I'm sure I would get the same from elsewhere. Well, anyway, we definitely won't be back, lucky were all were not too hungry as a decent amount of food to fill someone will cost a fortune. Oh and before I forget - the music is way too loud! Don't have an issue with 'loud' music but this was just too loud.

Booked a table for 12pm on Sunday. I was apprehensive about going to Milky Lane given the negative reviews I had read, however, my personal experience was a very positive one. We were served quickly and didn’t have to wait very long for our meals (5 burgers and two sides). To be brought to us. I had the Kevin Bacon burger and it was pretty good, especially the maple bacon. It was very filling, particularly with the shared sides of deep mash potato balls and loaded fries. The sides were nice as well we ordered chocolate milk shakes which were nice and more like a thickshake than a milkshake. The service throughout was great and they provided us with take away containers for our left over food. The place is well decked out, especially the booths next to the walls with painted rappers on it. Will go there again to try some other items on the menu.

Staff were friendly and courteous. Food was amazing, speed of meals arriving was also great. Lane brew was a decent drop, we will definitely return!

We ended up staying for three hours and ordered twice!! Food was amazing!! The staff were all helpful and service was at lightning speed. Such a great atmosphere!

I’ve never had anything at MilkyLane that I didn’t absolutely love! I love the vibe there so much, even once dinner is over you just want to hang around, chat and dance to the music! Cannot fault MilkyLane!

Poor tables, dirty, squishy. Didn’t end up eating there walked out after being seated at our 2nd table. Poor service didn’t appreciate the uncleanliness was quite horrible

Waitress was lovely and food was nice. The guy at the register that took our payment probably had the worst customer service I ever experienced. He was texting the whole time he took our payment and we had to wait about a minute while he texted before he even served us. He was completely rude and didn't answer any questions that we asked.

Amazing food , the burgers were amazing and great price, the atmosphere was really nice .... will definitely go back again ... great for birthday parties and get together with friends

Food ways good! Resturant fit out is pretty cool and good atmosphere. Just needed extra staff in our area as service was a little slow.

Food was good and staff were friendly but service was lacking a bit. Not a lot of variety on the menu and they forgot one persons order completely.

The food was alright, we had 6 adults and one child. All of our food came out besides the sides of chips and the kids food. We had to wait 20 minutes for my sons food to come out, he had to sit there and watch everyone else eat. I don’t know about anyone else, but I believe the kids food should have been the priority.

Music was so loud the person next to me couldn’t hear what I was saying. Food was good but expensive for what it was. Their Instagram is more impressive than the food IRL

Tasteless beef patties, chicken burger was not anything to eat, rather focused on what it looks like than taste, music was so loud it was like being in a night club, more like a nightmare with kids. Wouldn't go back

We went for father’s day lunch and they were incredibly busy yet service was efficient and food was served in a timely fashion. Food was absolutely amazing - as were the cocktails!
