Shit service and shit food wouldn't go back if they paid me

The food tasted good however it looks much better in the pictures online. Service was fine, music was great. Overall food was a disappointment

Great food and great drinks served by happy, friendly staff.

The food was good, service was pretty poor. One of the waitresses was really lovely and the other appeared like she came second in a lemon sucking contest. Unfortunately neither waited on the table nearly enough as they should have. We had to get out of our booth on several occasions to get the attention of someone to order.

Great venue for a late lunch/early dinner! We were aware that it can get very busy so opted to go at 3pm which worked perfectly! No line! Food tasted great and I was left feeling stuffed and comatose. The Crunchie milkshake was nice but the flavour a bit milky and not honeycomb. Staff were super friendly too! Thanks Guys :)

Couldn’t even stay long enough to eat- the loud awful music was so off putting. Shame because the photos of the food look good! Won’t be back though. We wanted to go out to eat not out to a club with bad music.

Food and drinks amazing as always at usual Sydney locations although servive was very slow had to call servers over constantly to place orders when we were 1 of very few tables there

Music is a bit loud to have a conversation with people at the tables. Apart from that we always have a great time and the food is fantastic

The food was amazing. Only problem was i had booked a table well in advance and when we got there the table was not available to us and 8 of us had to squeeze into a small booth with our kids squished in between everyone

very loud, only two people working, food portions are pretty small for what you are paying especially the small chocolate shake compared to the large one.

Service was extremely slow we had to call over the waitress everytime we wanted a drink or to order food. Some of the Food then came out cold, which was very disappointing. Was just a very unpleasant experience overall.

Great food, service & atmosphere. Although, we booked almost 2 weeks in advance and was seated along the window looking into the Main Street. We thought maybe others booked earlier, although there were people who were trying their luck and given a large table to sit at. So not sure if it was even worth booking as we were given worst seats in the house.

Amazing food and portions sizes are way worth the money. Been here multiple times and we just keep coming back, that speaks for itself, Wide selection that caters too everyone and just an overall sick atmosphere to be in.

Table next to us waited for there food for over an hour, we waited near 45 minutes. Barely an apology was given for the delay. Luckily the food was awesome and work the wait otherwise I would not have been impressed. Would go again but would likely book for an earlier time incase of delay again.

The burgers were really nice, as well as the fries. There shakes are insanely good and very filling. The main downfall was the wait for the food.

Overall was a good experience, only downside was I believe the food was a bit over pierced for what you were getting. Other than that, it was fine.

Such a great vibe and really good music so that before you even get your food you’re in a happy mood. Really great and friendly staff. Drinks were absolutely delicious! We had the Beuno and Reece’s pieces cocktails. Food was equally as enjoyable. Loved it!

Good food (done to a standard which can definitely be appreciated), awesome drinks, cool venue. Table service was excellent, an enjoyable experience all around, especially in groups.

Friendly service. Efficient service for 10 people. The food was great! Fresh & presented well. The watermelon share-tail we had between 4 adults (massive cocktail) was yum! No complaints. Would definitely go back again. Thank you =)

Great American food with casual vibe. It was my son's 16th birthday and I would highly recommend for that age group. I had the burger with lettuce instead of bun and it was a delicious alternative without the carbs. Don't go if you are on a diet!!!

Loved it here ! First time, took my brother there for his birthday and they bought out a cookie dough with a candle for him. He enjoyed it, his go to when he comes here for a holiday again. I had accidentally spilt bottle of water and they cleaned it up were very polite about it, i offered to clean it up but they were very nice cleaned it all up and gave us another bottle of water for our table. Highly recommend this place for our occasions. Customer service & wattresses awesome !!! Thank you milkylane surfers!

I really enjoy every time i come, the service is perfect the food is delicious, just my friends and i , we noticed the foods are very salty.

Great food and cocktails were amazing! Everything came out very quickly. Staff were super friendly and it was really helpful having the online booking system.
