Nice venue first time going and was really good loved the food and staff were friendly, service was really good . Overall its was really good. 👍👍

Great Good, Great Price, Service was pretty poor, Had made a booking... waited to be seated wasnt greeted at all... I requested a High chair was told only had 1 and was in use... No Sorry or any attempt to at least fix situation.. Ruined what was otherwise a great place with great food.

I was there as an early birthday celebration with some of my family. The food was amazing and the wait times weren’t bad at all considering it was a Saturday night. I am definitely coming back again with my partner so he can enjoy some of milky lanes goodness 😌

Outside had no music, felt lacking in atmosphere compared to inside. Food took a while to come out and was hardly warm when recieved. Staff were very attentive which was great

Good food just abit understaffed I asked for a 2nd drink when my food arrived it didn’t come out to my desert came out after I had the main food the people next to me also complained about how long drinks took maybe a good idea if it’s soft drinks or water bring them straight out ?

Chicken burger was weird, Kevin-Bacon was just warm, beer was just cold, Coke didn’t taste like Coke. Expected much more

Milky Lane need to look at the placement of their tables and how they expect people to dine sitting on top of each other with no space. We arrive for our 6.00PM booking to a restaurant that only had 2 other tables with people on them and we were put on a table down the back corner that had absolutely no space. When we asked if we could move to another table we were told no. We decided to leave and eat somewhere else and when we walked back to the car after eating somewhere else milky lane was still empty.

Service was great but food wasn't very good, my partner and I only had a couple bites each of our burgers and couldnt eat the rest cause they were gross. To much hype around this place so it was a bit if a let down

Over visit was good, although way to many people for the restaurant I felt. Everyone was cramped and the food was an hour wait. Service was great, the guy was informative. Food was decent. 👍 would go back but maybe not on a weekend when it’s overbooked.

The food was great! The only 2 things I was kind of put a little off by was; they forgot our drinks and food, so we waited about an hour and 15 minutes (had a few conversations) before we said something, I know they forgot and it’s not the usual wait time, the waiter admitted he didn’t know why the order wasn’t done... it was a little annoying to have to ask for drinks we ordered and then also ask for the food we ordered. The other thing (and this isn’t at all fault of the staff) I do find the fact the burgers are like $19 and don’t come with fries or anything... seems a lot! They’re good burgers and you can order sides but it does add up pretty quick. It would seem more reasonable to have like a small side of chips. For the price you pay it’s not ALOT of food! For me and my dinner partner it was $140 including 2ish drinks each.

Poor customer service skills, staff seem untrained. Probably wouldn’t return because of it.

Understaffed since the moment we got there. Food was average, tasted like brooklyn depot burgers and also betty’s burgers. Nothing that stood out apart from there crazy milkshakes and also the layout of the place. All up it was an okay night. Service was good, it was just really understaffed for a big night selling $5 burgers. We waited an hour for our food.

Was so excited to visit this place and the hype of seeing the rnb legends on the wall. Service wasn’t that great unfortunately so kinda killed the buzz. Food was average but they make a killer milky lane special sauce.

Customer service was average, I booked a table for 7 and we got squished into a 5 seater. We were served with a 2L beer and it took them a couple of minutes to then come back wth glasses. But was good though.

Actually one of the best meals I’ve ever had! Expected it to be fatty and greasy and it wasn’t at all. Throughly enjoyed it. Only criticism when it’s afternoon and not many people are there the music is almost too loud to think let alone a conversation over the table.
