Going to book again for my husbands birthday in 2 weekd

Although the fire alarm went off half way through our visit, we will definitely return again :)

Great food, staff all in great mood - good experience

Great atmosphere, nice food but poor service. We had all finished our meals befor they got there milkshakes, table water we asked for 4 times and we had to get up and grab one ourselves and our cocktail never came. When talking to staff they didn’t care just made excuses :(

Hi, I Feel horrible saying and doing this . I understand being busy and peak times. Just a sent one order back 2 times still came out wrong so she just didn't eat it the 2nd time. Mine was corrected , 2 hours only had 1 drink the cocktail jugs got messed up the order was missed and then missed again. Watched 3 jugs come out, got given free shots and a ice cream can't eat dairy (had a special custom burger) they had to fix. Travel 2.5 hours away.

Really enjoyed... the burgers were larger then life without being a stupidly big heart attack on a plate!

The menu that’s shown online isn’t the same as the one presented in store. Our food arrived and all three of us were disappointed with our meals. The March monthly special spaghetti and meatballs one was a giant sloppy mess that lacked flavour. The Chixken burger came out disgustingly dry. And considering it was thigh it was even more disappointing. The drake came out and the Mac and cheese patty didn’t taste like Mac and cheese at all. Just oil. The chips on my cheat platter were overcooked and had barely any toppings. Literally the only saving grace was the Mac and cheese croquettes. It’s already quite an expensive burger restaurant but the poor quality made our meal seem like a rip off.

Food and drinks were amazing. Staff were very friendly. Good music

Food was Great, Atmosphere was Great. It's a enjoyable place to go for date night or group hangs.

Milky Lane is one of my favourite places to go for lunch or dinner with friends; they have good food and a whole lot of fun drinks to try but be mindful, it is pricy and sometimes the food can take a long a while.

No Tap Beer, seriously !!!! beside the wait for water was over 20min, and the food came out separately after waiting another 45 minutes, this was on a Sunday at 2.30pm c'mon, anit going back there,,,,

Amazing food, great service! Loved the cocktails. We found it weird that our side of beer battered chips came out around 10 min before our burgers though. None the less was still a great feed!

Overall it was a good experience. Customer service for waiting staff was a bit odd as everyone seemed sad to be there, although polite. Food was quickly delivered and was exceptional though, and when we were paying the man who served us was upbeat and very polite which finished it off nicely. I recommended Milky Lane, and understand the hype.

No doubt the burgers are very good and tastes great. Price is a bit on the expensive side. There are a couple of things that we think did not go well for us and they are (1) The place gets quite warm/hot when there are a lot of people; (2) It gets quite noisy and it is difficult even to have a decent conversation.

Unfortunately the music was so loud that we could not even talk to each other at the table. I don't know how the waiting staff hear the orders

Phenomenal food! Great service. Both reasons to go back time and time again! You eat sooo much, no one will ever leave complianing that they aren’t full.

Simply one of the best burger joints we’ve been to! Amazing burgers full of flavor and nicely presented! Friendly staff and great service! We’ll definitely go back!!!

Burgers are alright, very greasy but didn't find it that yummy. They're loaded chips and milkshakes on the other hand is good! And the croquettes too!

Both the food and the service were bad. The food has no taste and the waitresses are rude and act like they’re doing you a favour by serving you.

Delicious drinks , sides and burgers! Glad to have one local after going to the Bondi one a while a go. Definitely will be back.

Meals Took a long time and most of the food was cold. Waitress was lovely however clearly overwhelmed. Music was fantastic and vibe was ok

The whole experience at Milky Lane Parramatta was on point. Service was quick and friendly. The food was perfect. The vibe of the place was pumping. Highly recommend!!

Awesome vibe! Food and drinks took a little while which is understandable. But service would be much better if they had more staff on. We kept on asking where our food/drinks were.

Food was good, service was good but the venue was too hot - air con was not turned and on a hot summer's day it's not really ideal.

I expected more on the taste of the food and the place. Firstly, when we arrived the waiters were just looking and not even acknowledging our presencewhile we were waiting to be seated. We were the only ones waiting btw. After the guy who I’m guessing is the manager finished his phone call, that’s the only time he greeted us and asked if we had reservation and ushered us to our table. The girl who served our food lacked finesse in putting down the food on the table, sounded a bit aggressive, unaccommodating and unfriedly . They also claimed that their burger patties are cooked medium rare but what I got was a well done, dry, lacking taste kinda burger. I have had so much better burgers from a different resto with a lower price. The cherry ripe shake does not taste anything like the chocolate it was named after. It just tasted like a sweet whipped cream with a cherry on top, and pink frostings outside the glass! How do they expect us to eat the frosting smeared on the outside of the glass, I know it is all for garnishing purposes, but it was such a waste. Did I mention that the desiccated coconut on the outside just made a mess on the table. And the bacon mac and cheese croquettes were disappointing as well, it was hollow inside, with just a little bit of filling. Overall, the food was not worth its price. The place was also hot even with their AC on. It was not a very comfortable experience eating in a hot room especially on a summer. Will never go back to that place again.

Fast service, great quality food and drinks. It was super yummy and fresh. You can’t go past the happy hour cocktails, we had an awesome time. Thanks for making it 10/10!

Great service and great food. Absolutely love Milky Lane and have been there twice this week with different friends. The only thing I recommend is putting up the aircon as Sydney weather is terrible. But that’s no big deal. Love it!

Had lunch at Milky Lane with family and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The Mac n Cheese croquettes are absolutely amazing! Definitely worth a visit if you’re into delicious burgers

Food was great, popcorn chicken delicious. Slushy cocktails divine, Mocktails were made on the spot and were fantastic. Great atmosphere and would def go back...need more room for dessert :)

food was amazing . and look out cause they some big burgers and all staff are lovely and place looks really well designed inside you feel really good when you eat.

Really helpful service, awesome vibe set by the DJ as well as great burgers, special pizza loaded fries. There was also happy hour drinks until 6pm!

Food was amazing we loved everything we had to eat. The air conditioning was broken so it was so so hot and not very relaxing. Service was great.

The shakes and food were good. The chicken I found had a coating like over cooked. I thought for the money spent walking away still hungry its over priced and just like any other Burger shop. Sorry not a raving review and I most likely wouldn't dine again.

Great place for a quick feed, big serves and laid back ambience. Cocktails are delicious and highly recommend the limp brisket burger with sweet potato fries

My son and his friends went for his 14th birthday and had a great time. They loved the food and party vibe! This is our second time there and will return.

Music was uncomfortably loud, my voice was sore after from battling the music, service was hit and miss & the food was unfortunately underwhelming and pretty average.

Time and time again we are amazed by the service, atmosphere and of course the food! The burgers and cocktails are the best in Sydney!
