Great night, fantastic food, awesome cocktails and drinks and good customer staff

The food was amazing however a booking in advance is essential as it gets very busy

I understand it’s a new venue so the staff are still learning but just a few things that could be improved. Was given a shared cocktail and no glasses to pour it into so waited ages for someone to walk past for us to ask for some glasses. Order came over 3 times and the waitress wasn’t sure what the order was and it was incorrect a few times. But overall good food and service other than that.

Wonderful service and a great atmosphere. Burgers were delicious and the deep fried gaytime dessert was out of this world!

Everything was pretty good except not one of our 4 burgers was cooked medium as advertised. All were closer to well done, pretty disappointing.

Food was great and prices are fair! But staff is not friendly/warm and they don't seem to be happy at all. I was expecting a better hospitality from them. Everything else is great.

I’m giving 1 star because the staff were all very nice. But an hour wait for an average tasting burger was not worth the hype. The loaded fries and mushroom croquette were nice though but even those took half an hour to come out.

Once seated, a staff memeber (his first shift) was amazing. Unfortunately all other senior staff were rude. Food was below average

Food was amazing Service on the poor side however. Food was taken away when we hadn’t finished, water not brought to the table when requested, and several times approached the table with food we hadn’t ordered to ask if it was ours. Maybe these are teething problems, the restaurant has only been open for two weeks. Overall I’ll definately be back

Food was less than average. I hadn’t even finished my lunch when we were handed the bill. Staff were rude and snappy when asked to split bill. We won’t be back and won’t recommend to friends and family.

Great! Even if it was on its 2nd wk of opening the service was excellent being so busy with all the customers wanting to try them out. Booked a table and only waited 10mins to be served and the food came out in 17 mins which beat our expectations to a pulp estimating the food to arrive at least 30mins with how busy they were. Food was great as it was when I tried out my first Milky lane in Bondi beach. Only downside was no megashakes available as they're still relatively new

Was ok. But there was no line for reservations so we waited in a line with a bunch of others that didnt have reservations. Advertisement of things that where not avaliable was a disappointment. Our order wasnt correct and to get more drinks did take a while. Very uncomfortable chairs. Did love the food and drinms when recieved tho and our waitress was very lovely

It is worth the visit some of the best burgers I have ever had and we got all our food and drinks within 5 minutes !!! Great service

Great burgers and a cool atmosphere, there are some good beers on tap.

Food was oily and bands. Chips were soggy and very little serving. Thick shake tasting vEry weird. Was warm and tasted like yoghurt, mousse and custard. Very over priced for what you get

No waiting time for us to be seated, food was as good as expected and the atmosphere was perfect - not too loud.

Milky Lane issa Vibe! Loved the staff, loved the look. I must be honest though.. The food was pretty expensive for JUST a burger. The taste was on point though, I was just a bit ?? with the cost of one burger. But then again... it’s Gourmet so it’s a different story all together.

It was absolutely amazing! I’ve been to many milky lane restaurants on the east coast and this one is the best by far!

My experience was so good, the food was unreal and all of the service was amazing except for one girl at the end that was taking our payment she was very rude and seemed like she didn't even want to be there it was really off puting

Fantastic venue and idea. Store has only been open a week and multiple staff already seem like they don’t want to be there. Food was delicious, it just came out at weird times.

Service is great however we ordered the Mac & Cheese croquets and they never came out. We requested 3 times and they still didn’t come out so we eventually canceled the order.

Only good for pictures but that’s it. Wasn’t worth the money.

Grand opening meant we had to wait longer for our burger which I didn’t mind. My server was wonderful and gave us a free milkshake for waiting!

Burgers delicious but overpriced and the service was pretty poor

Not much better than McDonald's or hungry Jacks. Process line everything is quick but nothing special just like McDonald's

Had to waive down staff for drinks, missing meal and bill. Food was Delicious. It would have been good to get mAins at the same time not 5min after first lot out. Would go again though :)

Too many servers all ready to swipe your plate food the minute you pause for breath. Cocktails took ages they were left so long before they were served to us that they had separated. Chips arrived as we finished our burgers. Atmosphere fun hip hop theme but you feel rushed - far too many staff but service still slow awkward and not particulary friendly or fun. Burgers good though! Hoping it will get better as it only opened this week.

My friend and I got the cheat platter each & both of our loaded fries & burgers were stone cold. Very underwhelming for what was supposed to be an amazing burger place

Poor service, waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order, when the table seated next to us who arrived 15 minutes after us got their order taken first. Very average burgers, overpriced compared to other burger joints. Tables are far too close together, pretty much eating with the table next to you. Chips can't even come out at the same time as your burgers. Won't bother going back.
