Milky Lane - Cronulla

The burgers are expensive for what they are. Very greasy, not a lot of flavour and they don't come with fries. $10 for a basic chocolate milkshake made with cottees topping. The only decent thing was the music. Very overated.

Burgers are huge and taste great highly recommend the cocktails. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cant my wait to go back again to try different burger.

Great food, cocktails and atmosphere! We had the popcorn chicken, loaded fries and sweet potato fries. Delish! Would highly recommend the Palm Beach and Bondi Sour cocktails. The milkshakes and burgers looked amazing! Will definitely be returning to try them

service was bad. sides were mediocre. drinks were alright. and burgers - well I’ve been happier leaving hungry jacks. $300 spent, left completely unsatisfied. all the food that was served at 7:30 must’ve been leftover from lunch, it was so cold and stale. do not recommend unless you want an overpriced somewhat good alcoholic beverage.

Space a little small for big groups or just not enough room on the tables for everything. I had to send me burger back because they forgot half my ingredients on my burger otherwise burger was amazing and loaded fries

Food was American style which was exactly what we were expecting. What we weren't expecting was a bill total of $172 for 4 burgers, 1 order of fries and 4 drinks. Even with two of the drinks being special milk shakes this is bloody expensive burgers

Was very excited to to eat at Milky lane after hearing so much about the bondi store but it being a little too far away. When the Cronulla shop opened it look me a week to get in so I expected it to be awesome. Was sadly disappointed. The staff had no personalities and had blank faces. No kind welcome and felt as if our presence was annoying. The restaurant was tiny and dark with not much interesting decor like the bondi shop. The food was the biggest let down. Only 1 chicken burger option on the menu and 4 or so beef burger options. The chicken burger also came with like 4 different sauces and all this extra crap, with a note that asked customers not to remove things unless allergic, how ridiculous. The burgers also being around $20 plus each is just a rip off. The burger came out dripping in oil, we had to wipe ours down the napkins. The 4 different sauces on the chicken burger did not complement each other and made the burger taste of nothing. The chips were bland and not salty and the sauce tasted odd and not good at all. The only reason I am even giving 2 stars is because the cocktails were lovely, but still $16 for a tiny glass nothing spectacular looking. After only being here for 45 minutes we kept getting stares from the staff and they came over probably 5 times to keep asking us if we're gonna order anything else. As soon as i got up to ask for the bill the waitress abruptly asked my friends to get up as she needed the booth. Had to stand in the middle of the entry to pay and pretty much pushed out the door. So sure if you want an overpriced gross muck of a burger, expensive cocktails and to be harassed by staff then give it a go. But for real burger lovers I'll be at Archie's flame grille in sylvania where no one will stare at me while we eat and the burgers are awesome!

Milky Lane was a huge disappointment. The milky lane burger had no flavour - I think they forgot to season the meat and it was a very small patty on a very very small burger for such a steep price. The brisket burger was just over the top with bbq sauce where you couldn't taste anything else and the brisket hadn't been re-heated properly so parts were cold. On top of that the average milkshake cost $10 which is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. Then when we go to pay, we notice everything on the receipt is more expensive than on the menu.. Ask the waitress why and ask if there is a Sunday surcharge and she has no idea so she checks the menu, and on the back in the print no-one reads there is a 10% surcharge on Sundays which made my ridiculously expensive meal a complete and total rip off. Don't come here if you want good, reasonably priced food. I know I wont go back.

It was a pretty good vibe. The major drawback was 3 cocktails I tried to enter were sold out or discontinued. The food was pretty good.

Our group of 6 ordered 4 different types of burgers and found them lacking in flavour and pretty mediocre considering the inflated prices. Service was good.

Great service, awesome burgers cooked perfectly. Served fast and received food within 10 mins. Just wish I could eat every day and not be fat 😐

They had no fries by 3pm!! Automatic fail. We booked ahead and were still seated on the tiny stool communal table when stand alone tables were available. They made it seem difficult to move us. Coke was hot. Burger was good but not great and a bit dry. Also expensive. Still some teething problems and need more customer focus.

I really enjoyed Milky Lane. I didn't think it to be a little over priced for what I was getting in regards to size, but the food was delicious so it makes up for it. The service was great with a friendly team always happy to accommodate special requirements. It's was a good burger joint overall.

So milky lane is a burger joint with fancy drinks. What it does, it does reasonably well. If you like Nutella have the Reese’s martini.

Nailed it everything from service to food was on point. My hot tip is to book ahead due to big lines for walk ins outside

Very good service and the food came out within 5 minutes of ordering, but it was very pricey considering how small the food and beverage servings are.

stood at front door for 10 mins before someone even acknowledged we were standing there waiting to be seated , booked for 2 people got seated next to 4 other people we didnt know pretty awkward for 2 people wanting a meal once we had finished eating we wandered up to the bar to pay , staff were more interested in clearing the table before serving us to pay the bill we stood there for 5 mins which was ironic given that they had to clear a table just for us to be seated .

Although the cocktails and food was nice. We waited awhile for the cocktails, we received the food prior to revieving our drinks. It was an awesome vibe so would definitely return, despite what I mentioned.

Mistakes were made with drinks and staff didn't know what was going on or admit to their mistakes. Came off quite rude and unfriendly. Food was good but very salty.

Great location, food not as great but they have only just opened so still learning everything for a new restaurant. Cocktails fabulous and great tasting. Staff very helpful and lovely. Will return again.

Food was amazing but service was lacking big time. Not to mention I booked a week in advance and we got sat on a table with another family practically sitting ontop if eachother with several walk ins getting seated in the booths. I understand it’s a new establishment but surely they hired experienced staff who have worked in a fast paced restaurant. I would rather travel to Bondi for the whole experience then go 5 minutes down the road to the cronulla one.

Very friendly staff and nice layout of the restaurant. Quick service and nice food. Busy but still quality service. Will definitely be back with friends and family.

Great service. uncomfortable seating on top of each other. Chic Kayne burger, was over cooked and greasy bun. Nice flavour though. Kids burger and chips, bun was also greasy and average tasting and chips were cold.

Great atmosphere and decor. Food came out very quickly! Ordered the Big Poppa - was delicious but would recommend sharing with someone, even the boys, and ordering some sides, as it's very rich. Drinks took a while - not enough bartenders. Waitresses were lovely - I want one of their shirts!

Our food was cold, burger dry and wrong to the specs we ordered. Great service though! Lovely staff very on the ball not waiting long at all

The staff were fantastic, food was amazing, mac and cheese croquettes were out of this world and it was everything we hoped it would be!

Could not fault the food or drinks! Absolutely amazing! The only shortfall was the service, they brought me out the wrong burger. Considering they have only been open for a couple of days, i can cut them some slack. The burgers more than made up for it!
