It was completely horrible. We entered and they told us there was no draft beer to be Served. We then ordered burgers and fries each. The fries came first and they were cold and that greasy that we had to leave them back. They fires came before the burgers and the waiter came back and asked how the fries were even though we already asked them to be left back. The burgers came 20 mins after the fries and it was so greasy and horrible. The toilets were a mess and we had ten mins to eat the burgers and asked to leave. For such a popular restaurant it was horrible. Two of the party have vomited and it might have been down to the grease used on the driest. It was probably the worst restaurant experience I have ever had and I’m not one for complaining but I think more thought put into Instagram than customer service and quality of food. Feel yrrrible writing this but a McDonald’s would have been 100 times worth the money and would have been treated with more care

We went to have a late Valentine's day dinner but were then seated on a high table as they said they had a reservation for the other tables, another couple then got seated next to us. The whole time we dined there, there were multiple empty tables that no one sat at. Would of been nicer if we got to sit alone not on a table with other people while there were still many other tables empty.

I only ever come here when I’m allowed a big cheat meal and I get the same burger and thick shake every time! And every time it’s AMAZING! My favourite burger place hands down.

The burgers took a Ling time to reach the table and there were ingredients missing from the salads we ordered. The wait staff were apologetic and deducted the salads from our bill. I did appreciate that gesture, but the birthday meal I had looked forward to with my son was so disappointing.

Fabulous! Will definitely be back. The place gets really busy, so be sure to make a reservation to avoid disappointment.

They were out of onion rings food was just a little greasy for us but definitely had heaps of flavour and customer service was spot on

Can’t complain about the food and it’s quality. However the service of this place really let it down. Wait staff were absent most of the time. Asked a few time for water, napkins etc and they kept forgetting. Food came out with no cutlery. Drinks arrived pretty much at the end of our meal. A little disappointing

My friends and I were very well taken care of we loved the food and the price was just as good! I’ll be coming back for more soon! Good music and the vibe was great.

Made a reservation and arrived right on time, waited at the sign saying wait here to be seated. 3 waitresses passed us and not a word was said to us, not even acknowledged. Only when we decided to find a table ourselves were we asked if we were ok. At this point i was annoyed, my mood started to change when a waiter took our order, he was patient and offered his opinion on what to order with genuine conversation. Thanks to that waiter that took our order that our milky lane experience wasn’t completely ruined.

Friendly service. Burgers were very filling. No room for dessert. A little expensive for a family of 5.

We had a reservation for 13 people I called the day before to see what menu options they had for groups and they advised they were busy and given it was the day before it was the standard menu. When we arrived at the restaurant it was like an oven, way too warm and uncomfortable to sit in. We moved seats to two booths which unfortunately meant our group had to be split up. Service was incredibly disjointed and slow, drinks took ages to come out, sides finally arrived and were finished before there was any sign of our burgers. The burgers finally arrived and were dry and underwhelming which was particularly disappointing given the price. The 10% service charge was definitely not deserved but I didn't want to argue.

Very slow service and not nice at all. Man at the front looked really unhappy overtired and his uniform was really dirty and unpleasant. I'm sorry but I was expecting much more from all the reviews I did read
