Mark's at Oatley

Family friendly restaurant. Medium price. Good venue for groups. All good.

Have been to Mark's a few times now but this time with kids. Noise on a Saturday night was way too much. Although our orders were taken fairly quickly and the kids were served quickly, our mains were forgotten. One guest received his and then it went cold while he waited for the rest to arrive. Finally we asked and it appeared the other mains had been forgotten. Not good service which ruined the rest of our night.

Great friendly service, very good variety and quality of food

Usually good. Good service and food fairly good. They just need to do something about the acoustics in the restaurant. It was packed with large parties nearby so understandable but it’s similar even if not very busy. Dampen the echo and it’s a nice easy place to go.

It was OK, but it was very noisy. We probably won't be back.

The food and the pricing is quite good. The noise levels are dreadful - some of the patrons were very loud and made the dining experience less than delightful.

Friendly service & quick. Unfortunately it was very noisy as the windows were closed.

Generally good but a lot of hard surfaces so noise is a problem especially as the restaurant gets busier.

We waited 45 minutes and still no meal. We ended up leaving. Must have been a bad night for them.

Great food. One salad didn't come and the staff seemed confused but apart from that the staff were fantastic.

Service was shocking , had to call the waitress to take orders and order more drinks. Not once was our table checked on for any service without us calling out for. Yes very busy but hey 2 waitresses ???? Portions terrible full ribs a rip off And salmon might as well ordered a bowl of chips. If your after a quick meal for the kids order chips and pizza . Had eaten there several times . Has gone down hill. Poor Ostley .

Great food great prices, good family restaurant but noise levels a bit high because the place was full and the ceilings are not that high. Kids help increase this level as well and there were plenty, which is great.

Not enough staff on at lunchtime, so took a while to place initial order. Once they came, it was good and food served quickly

Our meals were great and overall I thought the food and drinks were good value. It had been a while since I had visited and I had forgotten how noisy it can been in there, great for groups not so much for couples I guess. We waited quite a while for our meals (we only had mains) and staff could be a little more friendly/attentive.

Great value for money but we had to ask for more drinks as we felt almost forgotten and were never offered a dessert menu. I ordered the pulled pork burger and whilst it was delicious it had barely any coleslaw on it
