Friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and well priced. If want to have a decent conversation over dinner, this is probably not the place to have it. The live entertainment was too loud. At one point the singer wanted us to sing along while we were still eating. Not a good idea when you still have food in your mouth and a mic is just put right in front of you.

Booked for Valentine's day and line was crazy. Luckily I have booked in advance and less waiting time for us.

The food was great, the service great and friendly, the atmosphere relaxed. The only issue was that the eftpos was down and i had to walk in the rain to get some cash.

Mama Lor has friendly staff who are considerate and pay attention to you even though the place is packed!

I came on a Friday night and felt like they were a bit short of staff. staff are nice but at time there is no one in sight. food came quick but we had a small table and things got squeezed in. i like the vibe and dessert but most dish was a bit too oily for my taste. Price is OK. Would come again for light dish and dessert.

This is my second visit to this place. Service and ambiance is great. But food is average. Pork dish we had was tough and dry. Same food and same experience from our last visit. Fish used in fish nuggets is basa fish, a bit disappointment on that.

Food was good but when it arrived our table, it wasn’t piping hot. I feel like it was just reheated. The sizzling sisig wasn’t sizzling nor smoking hot so is the inihaw na liempo. It was good but served cold.

Best Filipino restaurant in Melbourne. Nice & clean place & great tasting food! However, the squid Adobo & chicken soup were salty. Overall, the place to go for filipino food lovers.

Mama Lor was great. Food was delicious, ambience was lovely & service was fine. There was a band when we went & they were great, but it was a bit loud for the space they were in. It was hard to hear & make conversation. Overall Mama Lor was pretty good 👍
