no bar service (no bar staff?), only beer, juice, softdrinks and water. a few dishes we ordered were not available but that can happen. overall, a good experience

It’s an hour drive from Mickelham to Werribee but still we wanted to have dinner at Mama Lot, every now and then we crave for Filipino food, it’s absolutely good food.. yum!!!

We ordered two grilled dishes where the waiter told us there was a 25 min wait, that was fine but it wasn't until 45 mins later when we asked where it was that we were told then that the grill wasn't working. Poor service and they didn't even offer to compensate for the inconvenience.

Service was exceptionally good eventhough the place was packed. The staff who took care of us looked very busy but she was still so friendly and efficient. The food was great! Our 50min trip was worth it! Will definitely come back :)
