Mama Lor - Melbourne

This is my second visit to this place. Service and ambiance is great. But food is average. Pork dish we had was tough and dry. Same food and same experience from our last visit. Fish used in fish nuggets is basa fish, a bit disappointment on that.

Our favourite Filipino restaurant here in Melbourne. Delicious food and good service. Will keep coming back! 😊

Food was good but when it arrived our table, it wasn’t piping hot. I feel like it was just reheated. The sizzling sisig wasn’t sizzling nor smoking hot so is the inihaw na liempo. It was good but served cold.

Great service! Friendly staff and very accommodating. Loved the Chicharon chicken, bbq and halo halo!

Good portions, food okay. Prompt service. Will definitely come back to try the other items in the menu.

Best Filipino restaurant in Melbourne. Nice & clean place & great tasting food! However, the squid Adobo & chicken soup were salty. Overall, the place to go for filipino food lovers.

So far they have the best bulalo in Melbourne on my opinion...

Food was very nice but it needed a bit of salt and pepper, Had the chicken skin it needed salt. restaurant was very noisy could not have a proper conversation had to shout over the noise

Mama Lor was great. Food was delicious, ambience was lovely & service was fine. There was a band when we went & they were great, but it was a bit loud for the space they were in. It was hard to hear & make conversation. Overall Mama Lor was pretty good 👍

The sinigang bangus belly, sizzling beef with mushroom and garlic rice were really nice. The inihaw na pusit was OK.
