Food utterly AMAZING as always but the service on Friday night was significantly slower than usual, especially with drinks.

Excellent food! The tacos are fresh and delicious. The cauli pops were a surprising hit. The brownies are a must, probably the best I've had.

My partner and I were very excited to share our Valentines Day dinner at this restaurant based on the reviews we had seen regarding the food. Unfortunately there were a few issues that ruined our experience and didn't make the night as special as we would of liked. While overall we were satisfied with the quality of the food in particular the Karage sliders which were delicious; it was other areas that let us down. 1. We had used the Entertainment Book to decide on the restaurant for the evening and when I presented my card at the end of the night to take 25% off the bill, I was told the card could not be used because it was Valentines Day. When I asked your Team member where it said in the Terms & Conditions that we could not use the card tonight, she could not tell me and all she said was "that it's what my manager said". There were a number of restaurants around the City honouring the Entertainment Card so it was disappointing we could not use this and it was nowhere written in the Book. 2. My partner was in a moonboot and crutches but when she needed to use the toilets, she was not able to as the toilets were located upstairs. Surely a restaurant must be able to provide toilet access to those who are not able to climb stairs. There was a waitress that showed her to a toilet outside the kitchen but these were not clean and did not have facilities to wash hands. This was very disappointing. These two points unfortunately put a damper on the night.

Gyudon taco was delicious, the fish in Tokyo Fish and Chips was too salty. Still a great experience. Nice vibe and theme. Friendly service.

We went here two wks ago and had excellent food and good portions. Just felt last night the portions were smaller and they took off the menu the beef royal which was amazing last time. Still enjoyed the meal and great service.

Food and cocktails were delicious. Service was OK. Staff were friendly and helpful however we needed to get their attention a few times to ask for service. Not sure if they were understaffed as it didn’t seem to be but it was our first visit so can’t compare. Will definitely go back as even though we had to call them over for top ups etc they were never rude and food was beautiful.

The service was a bit slow. Food was warm, not sure if they kept it out for a while. Had a better previous experience. Food was not as fresh as last time. Only got a glass of water each.

Modern Japanese food which was very tasty. Best edamame beans I've ever had! We loved the pork gyoza, beef short ribs and fried chicken which came with a spicy sauce.

Good menu, excellent prices, food came out fast and was delicious. No problems with split billing and catering to specific menu requests. Will definitely return!

Excellent interior. Service was great as there we arrived for early lunch. Food is not too salty which is one thing I find in all Japanese foods. Japanese fusion done really well!

Food was fantastic, no complaints regarding food at all and staff were friendly and polite but service and wait times were absolutely horrible!! Ordered a few drinks at first and that took 30 minutes, then the food which took another 15 from when the drinks were served and then we ordered another dish and some more drinks and waited about 40 minutes. We kept reminding them and they said it was coming but took forever. I'm not sure if they had enough staff on that day but it didnt' look like they did. If that was improved this place would get all 5 stars!!!

Second visit and once again we were not disappointed! Food was delicious and the spiced Ninja is a must for ginger beer lovers. Will definitely make eating here a regular occurrence!

Great food with great service. The price is a little pricey, but definitely value for money.

Absolutely love their volcano ramen. The staff were friendly and efficient. Polite and friendly even though we came in an hour before they closed.
